After a cookie-clearing, I got past the log in to log in to redeem your promo code issue. Rank 1 and no items in game, though. I got the confirmation e-mail and waited a few hours before going in to check. Additionally--should this lends to the demo pattern or not--I played the first 360 demo and the PC demo and saw my ranks reset in both of those when I would quit and go back to play later.

Today is March 25, 2011 and the promo code 'Redeem Code' Feature is still not working.

Okay, I finally got my code to be accepted. All I did was switch from entering it on Chrome to entering it on Firefox. It also tells me in-game that I have them unlocked, and indeed I do. I can modify a custom class and I have a few weapon unlocks already and am level 5. All of that disappears when I enter a server :\

I got my code to redeem on day one.
My code worked, but I used my dog tag unlocks, finished playing, loaded it up again, and lost all dog tags and my unlocks.

I'm really getting sick of being screwed over from day one.

As for any complainers, crybabies, "I can't play multiplayer until I get my promo" - well, promos don't make players. I've been working on getting my promo code to work for 4 days. Guess what? Multiplayer still kicks ass. No one has their promo code working, so it's not like it's one sided and you're being singled out.

March 26 - still no unlocks

I typed in my promo code and it said it was accepted. It said it would apply the content on the next start of Crysis 2. I started Crysis 2 and nothing happened. What is the promotional product supposed to be? How can I tell if it was applied when I started my game?

my problem with the limited edition is that i can use the code, i get the items in multiplayer but after i startet a game its like i never get the limited. My rank goes down cant use my costume weapons dont have the skin. After the game i change to singelplayer and back to multiplayer and i get the message again that i have unlocked the limited stuff. And than join game the same. I hope someone can help me with this problem.

I have this same problem, I've had to buy unlocks over and over again. And I don't have access to my hologram/digital camo. I've had to level up from level 1 despite the "XP boost" the game claims to have given me.

Why does this have to be so broken?

Yes the game has the latest patch. How do you mean downloaded correctly? How do you download something incorrectly ?
