No, I cannot create another account with the SAME email adress. Thats the problem

Ok, I finally got mine to work last night. What I did was in-game, select the create account. I created a new account username, BUT I kept the same email information. It allowed me to create a new account with the same email and when I went into my game I then had all the promo perks. Try it if you haven't already.
I've test this Tweak, and it works (LE Bundle too!)

OKAY IT'S GETTING REALLY ANNOYING NOW I DID NOT PRE-ORDER LIMITED EDITION TO GET NOTHING
I REDEEMED ACTIVATED THE CODE IT SAYS "If you start the game it will automatically unlock..."
BUT I'M STILL LEVEL 1 STILL HAVE IRON DOGTAG STILL HAVE NORMAL SCAR STILL HAVE NOTHING SPECIAL!!!

I DID THE REDEEM ON 25TH MARCH....

After the promo code failed to give me rank 5 .I played from rank 1 and now I've already get more from myself than pre-order promised give me . pre-oreder thing is useless a piece of junk !

I redeemed my code successfully, and when I log into the multiplayer component, the dog-tag in the bottom right says I'm level 5, yet in the Squads bit in the middle of the screen it says I'm level 1.

It also pops up to say I've unlocked some stuff and it allows me to create a custom class.

Then when I try to join a ranked server I'm stuck with level 1 and can only choose the Assault class.

I have since levelled up to Level 3, but I still don't have access to any of the bonuses the Promo Code apparently unlocks.

Every time I log in now, it says I have access to the urban camo SCAR etc, but it still won't let me

Well I am another one with the preorder copy, entered my unlock code and at first it failed, tried again it then said sucessful, yet when I get in to game it still shows me as level 1 and no unlocks. Quite dissapointed at this.

I have the exact same problem.

I redeemed my limited edition stuff 2 days ago and it worked fine.
I got back in the game and had all my stuff unlocked. I created my custom class and whatever, played a little SP and then quit.

Today, I log back into my game and I'm back to level 1, with no unlocks whatsoever. If I try to redeem the code again, it says I already have the limited edition bundle.

Well, I HAD it, but now it's gone! The funny thong is that in the service record it shows the unlocks I had, but now I can't access them anymore.
I've never had problems in logging to my Crysis account and still don't have, but my multiplayer progression has been reset to a fresh new start.

May I have my stuff and levels back, please?
Many people are complaining because there's quite a few bugs. I had none and then I'm in the same boat as the others? Is this what you call "fixing the issues"? Instead of solving people's problems you propagate them to since-now-unaffected gamers?

For me it was, I redeemed the code, went to the multiplayer, I played with my first class and tried restarting. When I restarted, everything is locked. My custom class is locked too. And I'm level 1 again.

Hey! i also had problems with my code... i got the content and could edit the custom class, but everything disappeared as soon as i joined a game and i can't get the content back

Well, thats just sad EA/Crytek. Is it so difficult to find a solution to this? I will only be playing singleplayer until this is resolved.

Same here! I've tried logging in with my mail address and/or my nickname.
I've tries all sorts of browsers out there, tried from in game .. nothing.

I always get the "You need to log in to view this page" WTF?
