Promo code wont work? Read here!

If you fix it I will be forever greatful. I've already tried everything and its not working. Please get it fixed before I destroy my nice setup out of rage.

I had the same problem with firefox & IE
What solved it was to login to gamesas account & change password which updates your profile for gamesas
Logout / Login in promo code redemption site with new password
now I can add key & all is confirmed

Well I can do that to. My promo code has been confirmed, but I still dont get anything ingame!

I had the same problem and tried internet explorer instead of firefox 4 and it worked.
There must be a problem with the new Firefox version.
Did work for me (both on the site and when I got in game they were there) & I'm using Internet Explorer 8 btw.

EDIT: I am however using Firefox 3.6.13 here - as I heard that 4 had some issues at launch and haven't updated it yet...

^ was just about to post that.

just logged into gamesas and changed pw'd. logged out of gamesas and back in and suddenly could enter my ltd'ed and pre-order codes plus could now login to the game with the gamesas account ;)

just logged into the MP menu and have all the unlocks ;)

hope it helps others.

I had trouble with Promocode too. Solution was a cookie-problem in Firefox: I had to activate except third party cookies!

I have enter the promo code in gamesas.com/reedem, I have received the "confirmation" e-mail but in the game I don't have the promo items.
What is the best solution ?

I deleted my cookies from both IE and FF and I end up to the promocode redemption page, follow the instruction up to the point where it says input the promo-code into the box provided. What box?

I got mine to redeem and i went onto multiplayer and it said i got my bonus xp(rank 5), platinum dog tag, scar skin, etc and it did give me all that stuff so that much is working but every time I enter a match it brings me down to rank 1 and wont let me use my customized class.

Also where is this platinum dog tag thing?

I don't know if they have just now started to fix this problem but I've just opened multiplayer and all my bonus content is there! I haven't tried anything new since yesterday, it just randomly works now. I hope every one will get fixed soon too!
Thanks Crytek if it was your intervention. Now we just need a sandbox editor and dx11 ;-)

Edit: I take this comment back; I logged back in after posting the previous and it has all gone again! WTF

I have not been able to enter in my promo codes at all. I tried this clearing of cache/cookies in 3 diff browsers and it still won't work. The only thing I get now is when I try to enter in my LE bundle promo I get "Usage Limit has been reached " which is absurd since it's not activated on my account.

After sending 2 different emails to gamesas through their contact and support contact form and not receiving ANY response after a week, this is the most infuriating release I have ever been a part of. For the love of god, would one of you devs contact me back and at least tell me someone didn't steal my promo code and its actually activated on my account but I'm just not seeing it?

promo code worked on mycrisis and appers to work in game as i log in says limited edition is enabled but when i enter multiplayer nothing is unlocked :/ hope ya fix it soon but i probably be lvl 5 anyway so kinda a waste nice try guys maybe you should give us limited edition guys something more considering a lot of people cant use or even log in !!!

Just update the site and get this sorted ok stop telling us to delete cookies and all that crap because it doesn't work the only thing that will work is if you update the gamesas.com/limitededition page ok.

The fact that the account details do not seem to cross over is a problem, i deleted my crysis account on the website but can still log into it in the game, hence i cannot now create the account again with that username. Other than that the promo code will not work as it keeps asking me to log in even though i have now tried 2 different accounts (the gamespy thing or deleting all the cookies in the world wont work) Please fix this asap

Ditto! I know Cry-Adam said there are too many threads for them to read them all as they get redundant, but THIS THREAD IS LISTED UNDER FIXES AND INFO. The only official info is the first post that getting the promo code to work is an issue they are working on (the solution is to log in with your email account, not your gamesas username). The game plainly says that the bonus material is available every time I enter mp, but our LE Bonsus are still missing in game. That's the real issue now.

@Benji86 yeah I got the same problem. Whenever I join a game it takes away my rank 5 puts me back down to rank 1...

THIS IS CRAP! why should i bother paying $60.00 for something that was promised and then get screwed over! by the time it gets fixed i can be BEYOND lvl 5 AND get the damn extras oh except for the totally awesome platinum dog tag that all the other gamers would drool over when they saw it YAY! we should be given some form of "compensation" for this problem-NOT MONEY but maybe some form of dlc for putting up with this or let us return this for a refund or exchange BUT itll never happen!

I had the same problem but i just made a new nickname with my same e-mail i used from beta and got all my stuff so if your still logging in with your nickname from beta and you don't mind changing it to something else you could just try that wouldn't hurt?

I tried my code on several computers and several browsers and even made a new account apart from one i used on beta. All i get when entering it with caps and dashes is "promotion code not found". I talked with EA support and they say my code is valid and not yet registered for limited content so it should be working....
