Yeah I did everything to the letter but no luck. My question is why isnt the crysis game login the same as the gamesas.com? should it be?

This is really frustration.. i wish they would fix all these issue... still cant log on..

I redeemed my code yesterday. When I logged into the game, I was still level 1 and had none of the bonuses.

Today I got an in-game popup telling me that I got the bonuses. I was able to create a custom class and equip the hologram thing, but as soon as I joined a game, I was back at level 1 and could only use Assault -.-

My code reads as claimed, but nothing shows up in-game. I've tried re-entering, which gives me a message telling me my account already has the bonus. The steps, they do nothing D:

I did get to play two rounds earlier without being disconnected due to a lost connection or something, which was nice.

I pre-ordered crysis 2 through steam to get the limited addition. Had a lot of account trouble with the demo so i got rid of it thinking the full release wouldn't have these issues. When i finally got it i went in made a new account (not talking about gamesas account) with my usual email, went into the multiplayer section to check out my bonus content, entered in one of the two codes i got with the download went in and found nothing. Thinking maybe its just a technical fault, i went in and joined a game, lost miserably then exited the game. On my way out i noticed the "gamesas" button on the menu, thinking it may be my ticket to my missing bonus content i clicked on it and saw the "redeem code" clicked it, but when it came to the website i realized i forgot my account name, so i made a new one with a different email because i already used my usual with the first account id forgotten, punched in the other redemption code and with a sigh of relief went back into the game to finally check out my bonus content, only to find nothing had changed.

I like to think im a patient man, but this is going way passed my threshold for keeping my cool. WHAT THE HELL can i do to get whats mine? I feel like im running in circles here

i tried to make a new account, it works. But the first 2 games work but now the same problem like in the other account. I played a game 10 mins ago. Reach rank 10 go back in the menu because connection to game server was lost. i make a new class startet a new game and see iam back to rank 9. Iam beginning to hate this ****. My addons like SCAR Shotgun or the nanosuit modules dont rank up. Someone know this too or get a solution for this.

Hello, my promo code now does work, but only with a new nickname. Now I have two nicknames in an e-mail address. The first, actually desired nickname comes from the MP demo. Name: Chelrid. The new nickname, has also worked with the promo is Cherlid. Is it possible to change that and delete the second Nickname.

Because i want to play as Chelrid.

THIS IS CRAP! why should i bother paying $60.00 for something that was promised and then get screwed over! by the time it gets fixed i can be BEYOND lvl 5 AND get the damn extras oh except for the totally awesome platinum dog tag that all the other gamers would drool over when they saw it YAY! we should be given some form of "compensation" for this problem-NOT MONEY but maybe some form of dlc for putting up with this or let us return this for a refund or exchange BUT itll never happen!

If it ever gets fixed at all, which i have serious reservations on even sticking around to see if that happens. Not to be a bich Crytek, i love your stuff, Crysis 1 was an all time fav and all. But, up with this i will not put. Get your **** together. Hire a tech wiz, a hacker, your own mothers, ANYTHING. ****, i know some technicians you could hire for bubblegum wrappers, if it will get this **** over and done with ill mail him to you bit by bit.

I deleted my cookies and signed up with my e-mail, but it doesn't work.

Tried 50 times. Still won't let me redeem my code even after clearing my cookies and logging in with my email.!
I will not play multiplayer till this is fixed. Multiplayer was the reason for me buying this.

I went through all the hoops to get my extras as it says to do. I even created a whole different account and now this? Error An unknown error has occurred.

Same here WFT is EA doing to sort this.. why did I pay extra for a code that you cant use!

I enter the code. (including the dashes)
and when I press enter I get .....

Try this nick: CheIrid

Substitute that lower-case L for an upper-case i, looks exactly the same in-game.
