This is bad, I tried the 360 version and was enjoying it so much that I ran out to buy the PC version... yet there is this issue with serial code/entering LE.

Come on Crytek..

crytek is **** terrible i swear. they are done resolving the issue guys. http://support.ea.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4983/ he hasnt updated it or anything..im guessing they are done. There isnt anything about the still working on the issue. WTF i want a damn refund or something JESUS you guy svck!

Just tried that stuff, no luck.
This really is a shame because iplayed 3-4 hours of the xbox version and the campaign was amazing, went out and bought the PC version and now this issue.

The actual game is very good, but this rubbish about serial numbers not working and LE editions not being able to get there bonus stuff.

Come on Crytek, we love ya bit you gotta fix this ASAP or its going to stop alot of people from buying this game.
I am patient and don't really mind waiting a few hours, but alot of people are not as patient.

has anyone had a similar issue to this: I created a gamesas account, redeemed the limited edition stuff, went to play the game and then it told me my cd-key was in use whenever i went to play multi-player. BUT it let me customize a class and such it just wouldn't let me play. So frustrated i signed out and went for a drive to pick up something came back and tried again. So now i can sign in and it will prompt me to enter my key if i try to play multiplayer , so i enter it and it no longer prompts me about my limited edition unlocks. the Unlocks are GONE, but it will now let me play the game in multiplayer.

Anyone had a similar issue? and if anyone has please post a response, thankyou for your time


I got mine working by using FireFox, it didn't even prompt me to put in my code at start up after I did the redeem code in FireFox. It gave me level 5 and all that, I played a match and was level 1, got to level 2, left and am now level 2 with not preorder unlocks.....

I notice a declining trend towards customer service with each new EA release. I leveled to 5 without the code, you shouldnt BS and name the game Limited edition if the code doesnt work. Shame on you.

YES SAME ISSUE HERE IM LEVEL 5 AT THE MENU BUT WHEN I JOIN A GAME IM LEVEL 2 BECAUSE I THOUGHT I HAD MY **** UNLOCKED AND PLAYED A MATCH AND LEVELED UP. THIS GAME IS **** TERRIBLE **** YOU GUYS CRYTEK FIX THIS OR LOOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS SERIOUSLY.

Please fix this. It's really unbelievable we pay some freaking 60 bucks for a limited edition pre-order specifically for this, and it's not working.

umm im not sure an internet browser has anything to do with an in game issue.......................

so i got my code to go throgh on the website ....FINALLY..but still have to enter my game serial code everytime i go to mulitplayer and it still says i am a level 1 without the unlocks. I was once excited about this game but now I am not. I'm pissed. But I'm sure i'm not alone. i've talked to three of my buddies and they have the same issues. wtg cytek, way to keep your pc fanbase lol

lol yea i already ran out and bought homefront so im playing that instead...crysis 2 is going to be returned ASAP. luckily I know the guy at gamestop and he'll let me return it even though it's new. **** you crytek maybe next time.

I got the promo code to work and I even had the unlockables and a level 5 rank when i started crysis2. I tried to join multiplayer and it said "serial key already in use". So I restarted the game and the unlockables dissapeared and my rank dropped back to 1.

My code wont work either. Logged in first too. Bummer.

Its working now for me!
All I had to do was start the game up, skip the login, click on multiplayer and create a new account (with new email), I then pressed on the REDEEM button in the game and it brought me to this site. I logged out of my old account and tried to log into my new one I jsut made few seconds before and it woudlnt let me. So I waited 2mins and then tried to login again at this site with my new account name and it worked! Then I clicked on the REDEEM CODE icon on this site and it FINALLY worked! got accepted and working in game.

i want to play by my original nickname, that's the problem

I go to redeam code at "http://www.gamesas.com/limitededition" & it asks me to log in... I do... It shows "Hi, Marcus_Sateda, welcome back!" at the top & then asks for me to log in again. Went to forum, then went back to se "Service Unavailable". Oh, BTW, in game, i want to log in using my nick name as well. Keeps giving me an error message saying wrong user name or pass. Click on link in game to check, & it takes me to gamesas account... to what?? Check that i have not misspelled my username & pass????? PLEASE FIX THIS! I WANT MY CODE! AND, I WANT TO USE MY FRICKEN USER NAME!!

Man when are they going to get the Redeem Code part of the site up and running. All I get is a "Service Unavalible" message and that loading bar.

I've entered both codes from limited pre-order edition on http://www.gamesas.com/redeemcode and still did not recieve anyingame bonuses such as scar module or erly class choosing. Thats sad because i already played so in multiplayer, that i've unlocked some clases. So what for did i pay money?

It sort of works for me. It lets me enter it and everything BUT, when exit the game or multiplayer it brings me back to rank one without my promo items, and it makes me enter them every time I login to my account. Please fix I really want to play multiplayer with my bonus items.

so much for the awesome first day perks eh. I did everything you guys told me to do. yea the bundle code finally went through..heh but uh it doesnt relay that to the game...oh yea plus the whole part of telling me my code is in use therefore not even being able to login. two thumbs up on a job well done crytek. feel free to email me when you get this fixed lol yea right. tried sending you a contact form..but that doesnt even work lmao it doesnt send crap.
