logg with your email first then u can put your code and you will get a confirmation mail, but the real problem is in game the promo stuff dont apear =/

Same here. Tried to make another profile with the same email adress (as proposed above) with no luck. Before just now I couldn't even log on to the site - until I used my new profile name (the email didn't get me far).

The promo content shows up in a pop up in-game, but when I'm actually in a game, all that stuff's locked.

Tried logging in with my username, tried logging in with my email, tried deleting cookies, tried logging in on another PC that's never visited this site before - redeem code page still says I'm not logged in.

I've registered my code and it accepted it perfectly fine but I don't get any stuff in game whatsoever. :/ Nothing appears in game at all.

same here I even leveled to 5 to see if it fixes it, all of my content while in a server is locked..

Same here. Didnt get any of me "extras" through my code. Makes me wish i hadn't paid ￡10 more for the "special" edition.

Cuz there's no solution in sight, I'll just try it out.....I'm desperate enough to delete my account and make a new one, with the same name.

I have found that even after completing the process the promo page tells me, even when i am actually logged in, that i need to login to see this page.
I have done all that is asked in this process, and yet im shown as logged in, but told i need to ?
I wait patiently for a resolve

If there is a solution, please post this on the first page as I still have not got my limited edition code to work.

I tried resetting cookies, different browsers, different PCs, a mac, a Wii and my iPhone but still can't redeem my code.

When I tried it through the game, as recommended on the http://www.gamesas.com/limitededition instructions I can entered the code and then I got a message that said sign in using the link at the top right of the page, when I looked at the top right of the page I was signed in and I could see my user name there.

I tried on another PC today using the instructions on the Bonus content flyer that was in the box when I bought the game (I actually bought 2 copies as I have 2 gaming PCs and wanted to be able to play lan, it worked fine for 1 not the other, WTF). This time it worked ok, so all good. I go into the game and find 2 of the 6 previously unlocked tags have vanished. I selected my 4 new tages played a quick round and then when I went back to the dog tags page my newly selected tags were missing but I had 4 selections available.

What's going on here?

What worked for me....for me anyway...is I deleted the Default Profile, created a new profile and used that profile to connect to my crisis...oddly enough it worked

PS. i Used my email add for my crisis...and username in game

I received all the extras apart from the Digital Camo. I redeemed my code before signing up to gamesas however. Can anyone shed any light on if i'm still able to get the camo? I don't desperately want it but it would be nice the LE copy was the same price as the normal copy so i'm not complaining.

Same issue as Guss. Even if im logged in it tells me to log in :/

the code worked for me. well... the browser said it, didn't check ingame if it worked
first I tried it with FF, always said "you need to be logged in" blahblah while I was logged in
then I tried it with the IEx64 and it worked

I didn't have problems while entering my code, it got accepted by the website as well as the game. But it seems like the game isn't saving/rely the fact that the code was redeemed once log in the multiplayer. Whenever I enter the multiplayer after a restart, the popup that informs me about the redeemed code comes up again and my progress starts from level 5.

Furthermore, If i leave the multiplayer by switching to singleplayer and switch back to multiplayer my progress is back to what it actually should be and I still got the redeemed features unlocked and can make a custom setup with them. But as soon as I join a multiplayer game, the promo stuff is lost again.

So its pretty much a devils circle bound to the entire redeem code system, that misses to be recognized by the game and my account properly and allows me to go from there with any further progress in the multiplayer. Somehow looks like the redeem features and the normal progress wouldn't stack up properly, since the system is missing to acknowlegde that the redeem code was deployed.

They need to do a total re-hall of the account system. This multiple accounts thing obviously isnt working. I have no idea why they cant just use the gamesas accounts for in-game activation. Instead theyre getting all their wires crossed with third party account systems. I would LOVE to meet the dipstick who had that great innovation...

Ok, this is new. Now its saying "Usage limit reached". Having previously been getting the message about already redeemed my code, now it has a limit? I have no idea whats going on, or if im ever going to get my content, and every time i try these "suggestions" it just seems to get more complicated. Id like to think "using" my code would actually yield some results besides a migraine.

Please for the love of god Crytek, GET YOUR **** TOGETHER.

Only worked with iexplore 8 64bit.
