OK.....waaaaiiiit.....wth?

I just clicked the "delete account"-button......and then I waited 1 whole day, but when I'm here in the forum, I'm looged in?!

I also deleted all of the cookies.

I'm unable to create a new account....but when I'm logging in ingame, it works....And if I try to log in manually on the website, it says, that the account doesn't exist...


Oh yeah, by the way, I'm posting this with my deleted account!!!

There is no way I'm gonna mess with deleting or creating accounts. I got one account that has always worked. Fix it!

for me the promo code did work and after login i had 4 unlocks for dog tags but i had no time to play the game at that time so exited the game and after 2 hrs i started it again and after clicking the mp it again asked for the key so i searched the forum and was about to use the fix i noticed that 4 unlocks for dog tags are not there and everything else is there but those 4 unlocks are missing and i never used them.so i didnt apply or tried that fix becz i want those 4 unlocks back.
i have tried login again and again but no use plz help me out and how to get the platinum dog tag(i got ltd edition)which key to press to see the background change in pc for the platinum dog tag??

Well, my promo code finally works...sort of. When logging into MP I get the message I have the LE bonuses, but upon actually joining a server I go back to level 1. I've tried many different servers and playing for a bit but no go. Plus my stats never save anyway so it's pointless. I do get the stupid LE bonus message every time, but it doesn't do me any good because I can't actually use it.

I still got problems getting the LE unlocks. Some say that you have to log in with your email instead of what your username to make the transaction successful. I tried using my email and username to redeem but i still couldn't receive my LE unlocks. When i tried using my email to redeem again, they told me 'You already own the promotional items for this code.' and when i used my username(the one i normally use to log in when i want to play) to redeem, they told me 'Usage limit has been reached'. What? Email and username are both different? And i thought that i used my email to create my account. Need some help here please.

Edit: I used my email to redeem once before i installed the game. And after my installation had been completed, i logged into the game with my username but nothing pops up telling me that i had unlocked any LE unlocks. The date i redeemed my code was on the 24th march and i didn't know that there's this site 'http://support.ea.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4983/'. But the steps mentioned in that site is what i did correctly but still no LE unlocks.

I made all the steps described in EA thread and here, (deleted cookies, login with email adress) and still says I'm not connected, and I can't put the LE code, but I am connected, I can post can't I !?! I bought the game from Steam. I use Firefox 4. IE 9 dosen't work for login.

i too have that issue, been that the code was redeemed (both of them).. yet i cant get the items it mentioned, and my emails tell me that the items have been redeemed and will be applied to the game when it starts, but nothing in game. A moot point really considering im at level 19 or something and didn't get the level 5 starter .

Same thing guys. No pop ups telling me that i've unlocked stuffs or any boost to level 5 instantly at the start.

This does'nt work for me. Page still says i need to be logged on. I have clear cookies etc. Tryed with mail login and its same.

But i used my email that time to redeem it, maybe i'm wrong here. So by deleting the account by logging in by my email will make the promotion code available again? Or is there anyway now that i can retrieve back my code? Because i tried clearing cookies and stuff but still can't.

hi umm i have tryed to redeem my code but it keeps saying usage limit reached and i really wont the promo stuff i have also fixed the multiplayer problem so it's great now i can play multiplayer but not with out the bonus stuff

i am enjoying the game without problems
my only concern is that mp playable in pirated copies and i hope someone catch these pirates and hang them
as for crytek plz release a patch soon so that these pirates could be stopped from playing online with hacks

Sorry this is my 3rd time writing here, but it's been now a week and I still cannot redeem my code it says it's usage limit has been reached but I get nothing in game: I pm cryadam last week but no reply ... Please is there an actual support for this issue or should I just give up and accept my preorder on steam just never happened ? I know u guys are working harden more serious issues but at least give me an eta or a piece of hope ...
