Now it finnaly got it to work....

Here is what I did:
Go to limited edtion redeem page, naturally it says you need to log in. I was already loged in.
Ok so I click on Log out (upper right corner)
Then i get redirected to the main page, go again on the redeem page, put now I am not sigend in.
Clock on sign in, enter my username/password click ok
Blam it works...

Note:My MP account was already working and was the sam PW/Username as on gamesas...

Why on earth i need to log out and then log in again... the first thing you usually do is log in on the main page and then visit the different sub catagories... but NOOOO you have to log out and log in at exactly that site... or else it doesn't work...

I was able to redeem my code from gamesas.com, but it's not showing up in game. I changed some passwords to see if that would work. Now, my code isn't even showing up in my purchase history! I can't re-redeem it either, it says that the code is used up. So, where is my Limited edition stuff?? I've read the stickies, that's how I was able to redeem the code initially. I can't find anything about the goodies not showing up in game and appearing on gamesas.com, nor anything about disappearing DLC codes. Anybody have any suggestions?

Hi guys, if the work around is not working for you please be patient, we are currently working to resolve any outstanding promo code issues. Don't worry about the LE content, this will all be made available when the issues are resolved.

Ok, thanks for the quick reply Tom. I'm not in too much of a hurry to play online with all the cheaters I'm reading about, I can wait for a fix.

Somewhat of a waste of money buying the Limited Edition, since I'm soon past unlocking what's offered in this edition (the code registers, but it doesn't work once I'm in a game).

Will there be some replacements for these LE-perks, since most of us will have payed extra for nothing?

Can't say ' payed extra ' . Price is the same. Only they will be making false advertising since the game released days ago and not giving out what they promised.

This..This explains a lot actually.
I've just logged in via my gamespy to test this and found out why my crysis login is different to my gamesas even though they use the same username.

This acc finally works, with the old one, the messages didn't work.

So i assume that the new acc will finally be alright.
Got one problem, though....I f**** can't redeem my promo-code, cuz I already got the confirmation of the code on my old acc....."usage limit reached".....guess if I thought this through, I would have known it would come to this....Silly idea to try to delete the old acc. Even if the new one works (except the promo-content).

When I'm in the forum with IE, I'm logged in as LordFenrear, but with Firefox 4.0, I'm Cinerir....now I really don't know what to do.

Guess it doesn't help, if I contact the support, if they could transfer the used promo code to the new acc....

I have done this exact same thing so many times. But I guess it's all good since I can't get into multiplayer anyway. Everything else works fine for me except multiplayer and code redemption. SP is great. Except for when ******* ****. That kind of svcked and it made me sad and I cried :'(

Oh and when some lone trooper suddenly decides to contemplate the wall. I sat and stared at the wall for a long time next to some CELL trooper but I didn't feel very enlightened, even after half an hour. I wandered off in search of some debris which I came back and threw a few times trying to get his attention.

Unfortunately the last time I threw it too hard and I also failed to miss him and so I killed my newfound friend

I actually blame Electronic Arts. This kind of account consolidation **** has caused me SO many problems over the years as they assimilate other companies that I had accounts with. Consider this:

What happens when you have one server for email address validation (used during account creation) and several other servers used for actual login processes? What happens when one says you have an account but the other says you don't? Hilarity ensues. Suddenly I am unable to log into or get password resets for accounts that I have CD keys attached to.

My first ceph kill, at the crash sight, it jumped here an there until it got weged in between the wreckgae just slightly down from street level, head still protruding, and could do nuthing but try to walk without any success, so i plagued and teased the damm thing for ages.
though it did try frantiacally to get out from the wreckage that was to no avail, and i just kept on putting the occasioanol HMG round into it, then closing in and out,
I do believe this thing started to have a tantrum at one stage, so i felt it needed to be put out of the misery it was in.
Man it took forever to get at the Sample, as that was in the well there between the wreckage also.
oh well it did hive em about half an hour of fun, lol

I tried that previously without success.

However, I was able to get it to work (finally) just now by taking the opposite tack.

I changed both my GameSpy login email address AND my EA login to a different address than my gamesas address.

That made all the difference in the world.

I CAN see how the password could be an issue (and a solution) but in that case it probably makes a difference which account was created first. The first address and password that a match is found for will dictate which which account is returned when the servers are trying to find one for you to be signed into.

It's hard to nail down the exact nuances without knowing how things are set up behind the scenes.

I bought a limited edition, and i redeemed it for bout 2 weeks ago, and i checked back now, and its gone. And, the usage time for the limited edition code is used up, so what do i do now? Anyone got a fix to this?

gamesas sez I redeemed my code on 03.26. which is correct but my game never detected any LE content availlable.

ABSOLUTELY **** NO NEED IT'S BEEN NEARLY 6 DAYS AND STILL NO FIX FROM YOU CRYTEK BASTARDS!

I agree that this is f*d up. My code does not work either. I don't have game spy. I have steam it just won't work.
