Okay your website is officially broken as can be. I have been trying for the past 4 days now to activate my promo code and every time I try to log into gamesas.com, it keeps popping up with the 'Please login to enter code... etc etc'

One of the other users mentioned something about making a new account and then logging out and using the original account. I did that. I logged off the new one, logged back into the old one and the site allowed for me to enter my code FINALLY!!. Then what happens when I check my email, your website activates my promo code under my NEW account and not the OLD one. WTF?!?!?! Can you please fix this site and this whole promo code thing?? If not, you should just enable all the unlocks for everyone and save people the trouble and headache. You guys are seriously dropping the ball hard. Not just for PC but in general.

I agree that this is f*d up. My code does not work either. I don't have game spy. I have steam it just won't work.

Be very clear on this point: You've NEVER created a gamespy account registered to the same email address that you're using for gamesas.com? How about ea.com?

somehow,, god only knows how,, i got it to work tonite, i know have my L/E stuff, infact it saidI allready redeemed my bonus.
it even showed up in the read sign in, lmao..
but i didnt get it in game,
got owned again.
there was definatley a hint of aimbot also.

Patience will prevail i know, but i think as that was only my second online, i'll put my disc back in its box for now, do some catching up in a nother coupla days, lol

got my code to work, BUT, in a **** way! in order to redeem your code you have to create and login with an ENTIRELY new account on gamesas- yes, that means a new e-mail AND new nickname-redeem the code then activate it ingame with said new account! the account youve been originally using all this time will not work! my singleplayer saves werent affected but my multiplayer rank was and i went from 7 to 5 losing everything ive earned up to then ! so to anyone who has been playing religiously and has a pretty high rank right now- DONT BOTHER WITH THE CODE! its not worth it, youll end up losing everything youve worked for until now and you probably have the unlocks anyway so it wouldn't be worth it!

No such issue here. Keep up the good work on fixing your game though. There are a lot of issues with it that "must" be addressed.

This is ridiculous. Almost a week later and the issue still hasn't been fixed. I am starting to lose faith in EA. Lets hope they don't turn into another Blizzard!
btw I created my account on EA back in 2007 when I got the first Cyrsis. And I haven't had any trouble with it until now when I tried to redeem my code.

Seems that all games which were coming out, and are from EA, have several Problems. Crysis is just one of them.

I am really asking my self, if all of this firms have a Quality-Control office. Probably not, or not a good one, or they just have nothing to say.

I get the feeling that I have two separate accounts, one in the game and one on the site. I have tried everything suggested and I still am unable to redeem the code.

The site thinks I have done it, the game thinks I have not.

Got the same problem as me....

I give up. The multiplayer is horrible anyway compared to Crysis:Wars. I dont care anymore, I'm back to playing the first crysis game, its just sooooooooooo much better than this.

My gamesas acount works fine and I can play the multiplayer but I have none of the Limiteted edition bonuses, I have redeemed the code and it says they will be available in game but they are not. I get the confirmation mail stating this but no change in-game.
I hope this gets sorted out soon.

Oh and WTF with these graphics options????

The game may be good but this lack of controle over the video settings is unacceptable comming from Crytek.

You are only encouranging more and more people to pirate your works, as they recieve nothing out of actually Buying the game. Infact, they are left with a negative/bitter taste for doing the 'right' thing..

But I guess they don′t care because they already have their money and for the next game...there will ne new guys pre-ordering. Feels again like PC gamers are beta-testers of the "final" version. Should have been the same after release of BFBC2...seems an EA problem.

Found a fix:

1. Login to gamesas

2. Go to gamesas.com/redeemcode and logout

3. Go to the redeemcode page again and click the create acc button and create a new account.(you will be auto-loged in when you create it)

Now the code input page should be shown.

4. Open Crysis 2

5. Use the account you just created to login

Don't worry about saves and/or serial numbers. It's all there except the nickname

Sorry if this has been posted. I couldnt get my LE code to register, Firefox was blocking the site from re-directing me to another page, when allowing this action it didnt work in the correct manner.

I pulled up IE and tried it there (ofc IE has barely any protetction) and it registered. Might be worth a try for anyone using Firefox and possibly Chrome to activate their codes.
