All you have to do is pick a different nickname or just add a number or something to your current one. I don't see how that's a problem if it fixes the issue.

it says the code is allready confirmed but where are my item and why I am not lvl 5... yeah lvl 5 its easy to reach but not if the game crashes and i have to start from lvl 1 again -.- i wastet 5 days with this game

Why is this still not fixed after a week? I've tried deleting all cookies, a new account and different browsers.
same here it still says that the promo code is already used and i have done exactly as you.

I have got 2 accounts on gamesas. I use one account for play and second one is not used.

i got to rank 6 but a few games later it must haved dropped my rank coz it said i have reached rank 6 again.
i had to unlock a loadout slot. isn't the LE supposed to give u some loadouts? and also i had to unlock the scar weapon skin and the holo attachment. i thought the LE is supposed to give u that? what is the point of getting the LE if u don't get the bonuses you're entitled to?

thats not true many of us had the same problem but your problem is easy to fix
just log out then delete your cookies and then get a new pw and log in with it and there you go

i hope u have more luck than many of us cuz we dont get our items after the code was confirmed

Still dont have the limited edition items even after trying the reset password trick, this totaly svck copious amounts of balls!

Really guys, I have been speaking so highly of Crytek ever since Crysis 1 dropped and i had to build my computer just to play it on highest settings. I even defended you guys for all the bugs Crysis had near the end, defended you guys when the demo kept booting people out on Crysis 2 multiplayer, but this... So now my LE code works and i have lvl 5 up until the second I go to play then no matter what I have gained I go back to Lvl 1 everytime.
Will I be a permanent Lvl 1, will I get extra unlockables given to me if i unlock these items on my own when i should of had them to start with. Box says "DAY 1 ACCESS"
Fix this or give me a separate unlockables pack when you finish whatever troubleshooting your doing.

I will say more to me is just stealing our money Crytek is compromised

I have been having some similar problem. When i Log in into the game it is said that I have my limited edition package. However, When i join a game, I lose all my limited edition and rank. There are some places where it is said that i am ranked 5, but my rank is still 1. I have tried to redeem my promotional code, as i have deleted my cache and cookies, however i am not able to redeem it, please help.

Also having the problem with it displaying my level as 5 (actually 7 now), but then being at level 1 with no unlocks when I play. After some play I have gotten myself up to level 5, but I'm still missing any of the extra EXP or unlockables. But, as I've unlocked most things on my own, what's the point with the LE preorder? I'm hoping we can get some other free content down the line. This is pretty laughable.

I too bought the L.E. of the game and i to am having issues getting the goodies that were promised, im not angry at Crytek anymore, these things happen. Please guys and gals, instead of slagging these people off, how about we offer them our congrats at an awesome effort at making this game. I for one know that making a game this big takes great patience and hard work. And yes there will be mistakes made, its human error, and its a fact of life.

hmm why dont u guys get it there is no normal version of crysis 2 -.-

It finally worked:
-I just made ingame another account and logged me in with it on the webside.
-Then I saw when I tried to enter my e-mail-address in the same box someting like "please log in with your Nickname" (FOR THE FIRST TIME)
-After I logged in with my Nickname I was able to enter my Redeemcode (FOR THE FIRST TIME)
-But I wated to redeem the code with my other Account so I logged off and logged in with my other acc and IT WORKED.
-It says something like "Succes" and ingame I unlocked the content
-BUT I can just use them for one game, cause after each game its dissappearing -.- (After relogging it appears again)

You have to go in the game and on the multiplayer then click on gamesas and it should say redeem code click on it redeem it and bam but then you got the same problem as the rest of us.

At this point being lvl 30 online the bonus xp and other garbage is useless to me, although I would appreciate the scar camo and dog tag but at this point I would rather have hacker free servers without glitchy perks that keep resetting
