its the only browser that worked for me.

tools>options>privacy>clear indivual cookies> clear all cookies> then sign in to gamesas.com> go to gamesas.com/limitededition> enter key again.

Does not solve my issue.. Crtyek no longer deserves my money. I have been working to fix this for about five hours now. I want my money back, or this to be fixed now..

This is lame. I enter my redeem code and it says "The status of your transaction is shown below:" and for me too, NOTHING!! except the home button. I tried FireFox and Chrome, cleared my cache, logged in then out. etc. Man I have a lot of respect for Crysis making an awesome looking game, but this is just ridiculous. Get it together!!

I've got a bit of an odd problem.....my bonus stuff is apparently linked to a different account than what I care to play with. I've had a couple of accounts I've used for playing crysis over the years. Even though there has been nobody from Crytek posting in the forums I'll go and ask anyways.

How do I fix this?

some people seem to have found a way to enter the code to get the content. When i go to the limitededition site. I am first told to login on the white button upper right then in the redeem code box to feilds show up for me to again enter my email and pw. I do so and i get an error saying wrong email and pass. what the hell.

uhh hi cry-tom i dunno if you noticed or not..but this **** problem isnt fixed yet. Im really pissed off now. **** THIS GAME HOMEFRONT IS SO MUCH BETTER. On their release date...my pre-order stuff worked the second i booted it up. crysis 2 pre order stuff still doesnt work 13 hours after release. FIX IT. everytime i join multiplayer i got back to rank 2. Are you guys getting asked to enter your email and pw where the redeem code box is? Thats all i want to know.

After applying my code, I got the message, "Your purchase transaction was received. The status of your transaction is shown below:"

Nothing was shown below and I have no idea how to access my bonus material

they slowly seem to be fixing it...

I was able to redeem the code, seemed to work, in fact the big red warning screen flashes when i enter Multi-player that says i have the LE items and the xp boost... I can even edit that first class a little.. but when i actually go to play its all gone.. and when i go back out, its all gone again. I have to quit out of Multi-player, go back in, and then it tells me its all back.

Well, i was able to redeem my code instead of getting the "Service Unavailable" message, but as usual i am unable to utilize them. Frustrating, but its to be expected on Day1. Either way, im having fun playing the campaign on Post-Human

This may help out people that are getting the bad user name or password error. The online part of the game seems to be powered by game spy. You need to enter your game name and password you use to play online not the forum user name and password. It sure would have been nice if this info was included with the f'ing game #%4^#&! It took me about an hour to figure out how to login to play online and figure out the limited edition crap.

ok so i troubleshooted this with an ea agent all day... sadly... it has to do partly with you HAVING to redeem your code to start playing online... and also your email needs to be the login not your nickname (on the gamesas.com/limitededition) link.... if you cannot log in with your email create a new account.... after u get it to redeem then validate your cache data in steam... or just launch the game otherwise...


ps. make sure to delete cookies after created new account

The code worked just fine for me. The problem now is, the game doesn't seem to accept it. Whenever I enter a server, I have to start from Lvl -1, and when I get to level 5, it bumps it down to 1 again (happened twice already - and this is in addition to the LE code not "sticking").

I can't even log into gamesas.com with this same login email/username that I play the game with. I had to create a new user name with a different email address to poste on this forum.
