Does any body have the problem, that you have the digital weapon skin after registration, but after a change of youre rig its gone...... a have to re enter the **** CODE to get it back!!!

I'm still having problems with this. I tried Firefox, IE, and chrome. I even tried changing my password multiple times. Please fix this ASAP.

I dont think where out of the wood yet, my code worked on the website, i get email confirmation and all, but when i launch the game i get nothing, no unlock, no skin. FYI, im now level 34.....

I found using Internet Explorer to input the code worked as I usually use Firefox

didnt go on much as yet, i still see signs of cheat in use, but have no proof, ill give time for the game to settle in, then i may get more online time.

That said, the campain was very entertaining, an im now as with Crysis, the first, trying out the many different ways around, i was Kinda dissapointed to see Prophet climb out of the mess, i mean,,

APRIL 3, 2011 - Still no fix to the redeem code issue.

My problem's that even after i login, the page still tells me that i have to login before i can input the promo code, crytek, how am i going to put in the promo code if i can't even see where to type it in?

Same as the poster above me, I've already logged into gamesas but I still get this message:

You need to log in to view this page.

Please use the “Sign In” button on the top right corner to log in.

On the top right it already says "Hi, ShingShing, welcome back!" and no sign in button, which means I'm definitely logged in..

will approach a redeem code from the English version of a Russian?

I need to log in, when i would like to enter the redeem code, allthough i'm already logged in.
What should i do ?

When I go to the Limited Edition page, input my code, and click submit, it tells me I need to login to view the page. The problem is that I AM logged in to my account. I have tried logging out and in again, deleting gamesas cookies from my browser, etc, but the problem continues. Please let me know when this is fixed, thanks.

But in game while logging in with same account no limited edition content has be unlocked .

this is ridiculous as i am forced to play to unlock contents manually ..the why did i pre-order the limited edition?? ..

This is rediculous... I havn't been able to play multiplayer since the promo code page doesn't work. What am I paying for...

Same here. I even got an email confirming that the promocode has been registered but no ingame content. The reason for pre-ordering was to get a headstart in mp when the game launched. In mp many players are level 15 or higher, I′m at 1 since my score wont save. Everytime I login I′m back at 1 and the promo was useless. This is bad, really bad for Crytek.

I've had some problems with the promo code for the PC version of Crysis 2 that I haven't been able to fix. I redeemed it on March 25th, and I recieved an email confirming that the code has been redeemed and that I'm now supposed to own the additional bonus content, but when I log into Crysis 2 multiplayer I can't find the bonus content anywhere!

When I tried to re-enter the promo code again I got a message saying "You already own the promotional items for this code. " It's pretty strange because they're not there when I start the game. What's going on and how can I fix this?

Same here!!!! Its bloody stupid. Has anyone one found a answer to this annoying problem yet?? Doesn't seem Crytek have! Compared to the first Crysis.... Everything about this game hasn't lived up to any of my expectations!!

My problem is similar: Entered code, confirmed and in DLC history, no email confirming code, went into the game still @ lvl 1 with no LE DLC, came back here and now the code isn't in my history! When I try to enter the code again, I get the message that the code has reached it's usage limit.

Since I let a friend borrow my PS3 copy, I'm playing online on the PC and am a lvl 4 now. I miss my XP, attachment, and dog tag that I had on the PS3 and SHOULD have on the PC. What's up Crytek? When is this going to be resolved?

Same issue with me as well. I know on the Xbox version I had to join a match before I would level up to 5 and get the bonuses. Doesn't appear to do the same for PC, as I just played a match and still not rank 5 with the LE content.

Yaa... i'm up to Rank 13 now but it would still be nice to get the Platinum dog tag and the Digital Camouflage for the Scar.

I have a problem in which my code doesn't work. However, the thing is that the site says that I already redeemed the code, but no bonus exp, no weapon skin, no hologram attachment. I got none of the benefits and the worst part is that the site claims that I did. So what do I do about that?
