I have a problem in which my code doesn't work. However, the thing is that the site says that I already redeemed the code, but no bonus exp, no weapon skin, no hologram attachment. I got none of the benefits and the worst part is that the site claims that I did. So what do I do about that?

Unfortunately it looks like the only thing to do is post on the forums, let Crytek know what problems have risen, and wait for a patch. I believe two patches have been released within the last five days, that's pretty fantastic in my books.

I can't use the LE redemption code. And I'm playing for 2 weeks now. I passed level 5, I unlocked the SCAR hologram atachement, so the LE is useless now. I'm waiting for the platinum dog tag.

Yeah I've still not got the promo stuff.

I enetered the code, succeeded, recieved the email confirmation but got absolutely nothing in game.

Come on crytek get on it.

I paid for the Crysis 2 Limited Edition retail version. When I try to enter my promo code I get an error message. My prepaid code is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx, this is a 4 digit by 4 digit CODE. My error message I get when I try to log on is that the proper code is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx, this is a 4 digit by 5 DIGIT CODE. How did I end up getting ****ed with is code?

Why can't I redeem my Crysis 2 promo code at gamesas.com?

HELP PLEASE!!!... I signed in as a guest not knowing that i had to sign in 2 my crysis2 usernam and i used the limited edition content is there a way to revert this so i can reuse it again? PLEASE!! i paiid good money for this

After logging in and attempting to redeem code, the area where you were supposed to enter the code said "you need to login in order to..." and I was logged in at that time. I tried to enter the page via the multiplayer menu of crysis 2, it opened a new tab and showed that I was online but I still got the same message. Then I wanted to post a new topic in the forums, and it said that "you have to login in order to enter the forums", and then I was logged out.

After logging in like 10 times being automatically logged out again, I finally got to login and then the redeem code page worked as it should have done.

Hope this can give you some leads in the correction of the problems:P

I tried all of the fixes in the FAQ, and I reset my password. The promotion code still does not work. This is unacceptable. Judging by the 79 pages in this topic, not many have been able to redeem their codes.

Same here, i contacted EA by live chat and by phone, they told me to contact Crytek because they don't have access to gamesas.com accounts, and Crytek doesn't respond my mails. Srsly, WTF??

make sure you are logged on your computer as admin and also try running the game as admin right click shortcut and select admin hope this is any help..
