:-/ my promo code worked for 1 minute... but as i joined the first game my xp and all the stuff was gone and now i am lvl 1 again and cant use that code again :-<

every time it says to me incorrect serial . and i played yesterday on MP

I have a bonus limited edition subscription, I can not enter in chrome, opera, mazila, IE (all tried, but on the other PC have not tried it) when Crysis 2 shake enter the code, wrote:

But I already Sign In!

Same exact problem here. What's the fix. Can't even contact Crytek through their messaging system.

I get the same thing. I am logged in and it tells me the same.

One month later and it still doesn't work.

ok next time i'll get the game cracked and after a year or so i'll say: oh haven't i fixed my payment issue?

There is no way I am ever paying for pre-order EVER again.

I would stronly urge every person who reads this to add a vote/tally comment (again if need be). Can I also encourage all players and fans who have posted or are going to post to slam this release on every forum and online store they can and make note to encourage people reading reviews that they should never buy a pre-order on ANY EA product. It is simpley not accepable to make paying customers beta testers.

I would like to note that the elements of the game that do actualy work are very nice, well put together and I have found the game to be very stable (this does not include server DC's which happen like clockwork every 3-4 games).

I read somewhere that the next CryEngine game will require 8GB of RAM, before you start shooting at the stars, you need to get some really very, very simple basics working. I suggest investing in some database management training for your web/account developers.

Here's another thing that I ran into.....I created my gamesas account *before* I got the game and I used a different password in game...not only do the nicknames have to match but the passwords do as well or it will not give you the redeem code screen...it will just keep asking you to login

Well this is just a joke, how can you not have your system working a month after release. In fact, why wasn't this tested before release so this wouldnt happen.

This is a major let down and i dont think i will be pre ordering anything from crytek again until i know there arent any issues.
This is purely down to laziness and rushing everything last minute.

What the heck is going on with this Promo code? It's been two weeks since i last posted. Just got a new gaming pc wanted to buy a game to push my graphics card and this stupid promotional code won't work.

I've given up all hope of redeeming the code on this account which I created during the demo (due to the 'you must be logged in...' error)

Out of curiosity, I made a second account today with a different email. Lo-and-behold, the redeem code page worked fine on that account. I logged out of that account and back onto this one and the redeem code page worked.

Obviously I entered the code with this account logged in and it was in fact redeemed on the other account. Strangely enough, the transaction shows up when logged in on either account (with the same transaction details as well)

I talked to EA support and got a new code, but I'm hesitant to use it until I'm sure the same thing won't happen again

This is seriously infuriating. Can I at least have a makeshift solution like deleting this account and getting the email/username of the newer account changed to those of this account (seeing as I cannot delete the account and recreate a new one with the same details...).

Still I can't belive it's game from Crytek :<. They made so many good games like Crysis 1, Far Cry 1 and 2 etc.

Site doesn't redirect me anywhere and in game download menu doesn't show anything, so where is it?

I can't believe you guys have this problem on a continious basis. My solution is not to pre-order the game as it does not make any difference one way or the other. As a stock holder in EA I would hope more resources would be devoted to fix this problem. EA produces great games, but redeeming codes seems to be a thorn in your side.
