When I got my email giving for 30 days to transfer my ESO to console my email didn't work and at the time could not call in to fix this issue tried to call in and was brushed off by customer service so here I am trying see if they will resend out another round of promotion sales where we can switch or computer to console for $20 dollars and give people that did not have money at the time or had issue with the email another chances to get this game to there console.
