I prefer to think of the multitudes of pronunciations as regionalisms, both among real and TES cultures.

My personal favorite incarnation of Vivec I've heard (don't use though) is VI-vec, first syllable rhyming with buy. This comes from a person with a big American Southern dialect, so for him, stressing the first syllable is natural for him.

...
Psiijic - See-Jeec
...

For what it's worth, I think that word has been established to be truly unpronounceable... the written word is some pale approximation of some arcane Ehlnofex incantation (figuratively speaking). As for Dee-dra vs. Day-dra, I say Day-dra, but some of the VO in Oblivion pronounces it Dee-dra... probably a regionalism. Interestingly, the only real-word correct pronunciation of that syllable would be a long I, as in buy, but hey

I say VI-vek, short i, emphasis on the first syllable. I've said it that way since I bought Redguard (whose included Pocket Guide to the Empire kicked off my fascination with the Tribunal), and I don't care if the ALMSIVI themselves say it differently.

Also, I've always pronounced Khajiit as ka-ZHEET, but (and this MAY have been a dream, because I'm weird) I thought I heard an in-game voice say KA-jit. It made me shiver. It made me feel the way I feel when people pronounce crepe as kraqe. It was that bad, and it's not even real :ahhh:

And, dreugh... ummm... a wizard did it.

I've always been interested in knowing how other forumers pronounce Chimer. For some odd reason I've always pronounced it "KYE-muhr" when it seems like it should be pronounced "CHI-muhr." How do you pronounce it?

EDIT: Or maybe "CHYE-muhr," hmm...

Yup. I remember finding a thread about how CHIM is pronounced. It's pronounced KIM (like with Kimberly). So, chimer probably uses the 'k' sound, too.

This is probably what Mehrunes Dagon is trying to say, this is just a slightly more (less?) accurate spelling - Cyrodiil pronounced with the syllables as SEER-UH-DILL I believe, or at least that's how the Dunmer seem to pronounce it when addressing Imperials in Morrowind.

Another one I've never been able to figure out is Divayth Fyr. Div-ay-f-fear? Div-aye-f-fear? Or is it more like -fihr?

I always say DAY-druh because my first exposure (haven't played Battlespire) to the DEE-druh pronunciation was with Oblivion. And I refuse to view anything in that game as credible from the getgo.

EDIT: Interesting little fact I seem to remember reading somewhere. Dunmer is pronouned as DOON-mer, but everyone is so accustomed to the voice actors' interpretations that nobody cares anymore. :P

I have always taken Divayth Fyr to be Div-ay-ith Fi-r

Nord - Nord
Nede - Ned
Breton - Bret-on
Cyrodiil - Seer-roh-dill
RedGuard - yup
Bosmer - Boz Mur
Khajiit - Cah-Jeet
Argonian - Are-Go-nee-an
Psiijic - See-jick
Daedra - Day-Drah
Aedra - Ay-drah

I believe the male morrowind Khajiit says KA-jit and the female says Ka-ZHEET.

Alyeid - A-lee-id

Khajiit - kuh-jzeet

Cryodiil - seer-oh-dill or seer-uh-dill

Breton - Bret-in (silent t...Although that just might be me as in all the words I say where the t isn't the first letter, I sort of "drop the t")

Daedra - Day-druh

Hlallu (sp?) - Law-loo (although I sometimes pronounce it "huh-law-loo")

Psiijic - see-jeek

Vivec - viv-ik or viv-ek

What is cool about the pronunciations in the TES is they seem to be regional. I could be wrong in this, but didn't Colovians and Nibenians pronounce Kvatch different ways? I remember some NPC's pronouncing Kvatch as K-vach and some NPCs pronounced K-Vahtch. Like Mehrunes Dagon, I like to think of the different pronunciations as a result of regional differences, this has a high probability of being true. I think it was more than Kvatch that NPCs of different regions in Oblivion pronounced differently.

I have heard Kvatch pronounced as Kuh-vatch, only, and maybe one instance of Kay-vatch. But never have I heard it as K-vach (Kay-vauk?) or K-Vahtch (Kay-vawtch?) Or maybe I am just mispronouncing your pronunciations.

I believe one of the rumors in Oblivion involves people saying that they tend to call Land Dreugh "billies," and in said rumor I believe they give a pronunciation for Dreugh. I recommend checking in-game to see how they say it. As for Vivec, I believe they say "Vi-Vec" in oblivion.

They pronounce it "dreg" in Oblivion.

I think oits just the Breton vocie actor that calls it K-vach. :P

Hmm...

Ay-lee-id (vowels like jay-pee-did)

Kah-jeet (vowels like caw-peat)

H'lah-loo

Si-jik (vowels like kid-pick)

Vih-vek (Vehk and Vehk, ergo the "-vec" would be pronounced as "vek") (vowels like pig-heck)

"Drugch"

I don't have the vocals to say that without sounding like a butthead. If any human does, I'd be surprised.

Now, everyone at the same time... Addadshashanammu!

Ad-dad-shash-a-nam-moo (vowels like: had-bad-hash-alp-pom-boo)
Ad-dad-shash-an-am-moo
Ad-dad-shas-ha-nam-moo
Ad-dad-shas-han-am-moo

Syllables could be broken up in a few places (I've not typed out all the possible permutations).

And I'm with Nextmastermind, I've pronounced Dreugh as Drew until I heard it in TESIV. I still pronounce it drew, I don't think I could ever call it "dreg." Next you'll tell me Rohugh it pronounced Roheg.

Well, I think it was an Elf that said it, so yeah :P
It might have been more like "Dru-ch". It's been too long though :(

Vivec - viv-ik or viv-ek

I believe the only pronunciation of it in Oblivion is v'vek.
