I'm liking what you guys are doing. I think you should include a few minor changes from the original: The dark brotherhood should have the same leather armor from Morrowind. Mannimarco should be a lich. Daedric armor should be rare as hell. M'aiq should where a Colovian helm and live in the appropriate region(Maybe). Ebony mines and strong Imperial fortresses should be abundant.

Is not Mannimarco in Daggerfall High Rock (or Hammerfell I forgot) at the time period that P:C takes place?

Dunno. Just for fun, they could put him in for a quest or something.

Well, there are these screenshots Dirnae had posted, plus my stuff:
My Stuff: http://s5.tinypic.com/1zco0n9.jpg, http://s5.tinypic.com/2vnhxkx.jpg, http://s5.tinypic.com/d4bw7.jpg, http://s5.tinypic.com/1z3rz1h.jpg.
Dirnae's stuff: http://i647.photobucket.com/albums/uu195/mark507_album/morrowind/models/Morrowind9.png, http://i647.photobucket.com/albums/uu195/mark507_album/morrowind/models/Morrowind8.png, http://i647.photobucket.com/albums/uu195/mark507_album/morrowind/models/Morrowind7.png, http://i647.photobucket.com/albums/uu195/mark507_album/morrowind/models/Morrowind6.png, http://i647.photobucket.com/albums/uu195/mark507_album/morrowind/models/wide_hall_01.jpg, http://i647.photobucket.com/albums/uu195/mark507_album/morrowind/models/wide_hall_02.jpg.

Keep in my stuff is crazy old and outdated, I've made new textures since and I really need to update those models, though to be honest I'm more interested in finishing my v4 of skies before I work on anything else.

We have since gone and redid most of those models swg.

Also, many thanks to Vurt for some very awesome trees.

Well most people know of ZackG's plight, but this has not destroyed P:C. While we have lost many awesome models, several still exist and we are in the process of recreating many others. We now have things backed up online and the data files are in my possession so we can update them more consistently. SWG is finishing up many of the models he begun for us way back when and we are moving forward with renewed vigor. We are getting to a point where we will be able to move into building Stirk in a playable manner soon so keep an eye open for new screens and things from Province: Cyrodiil.

I'm sorry to hear about zackg's departure. Will this delay the release of Stirk? I was really looking forward to it - the screenshots you've posted here are amazing.

I was thinking of offering to join the project myself, since the other mod I was working on is on hold right now. However, my skills (such as they are) are mainly in dialogue and quest design, and I'm guessing those aren't a priority for you guys at the moment.

Actually, quest design and dialog are needed right now.

Just visit our website which you can get to through my signature and then post up a short quest of yours in our showcase forum to show dialogue and scripting.

Thanks zackg! It's a bit of a mess directionally at the moment so we will probably just let this thread run its course and make a new intro post for the next thread. I'm glad to see you are still around at least some. Hopefully one day you will rejoin us after the initial emotions run their course. We have a fully functioning data file right now so we are moving along. I have learned quite a few things in the past few days with regards to Morrowind modding outside of my interiors comfort zone.

Yeah, there's always more to learn with modding lol. Im writing a blog right now on our forums. There a few things in there that you might want to check out and see how it relates to you and what you can take from it and see if it will help the project at all.

You should seriously try exteriors, they are WAY easier than interiors to me, you don't have to line up the tilesets nearly as much!

I have been meaning to get to exteriors, but we have Scamp who is awesome at them so the need for that is much lower than some other areas. i do plan on getting around to learning exteriors soon. Perhaps when we get our region concept done of the Gold Coast soon I will look at it and then try my hand at making a claim of gold coast.

I did PM vurt about tree use, but I did not think to ask about the ones he had made specifically for us. I will do that shortly. I hope he has them since I imagine they go well with the one tree I was able to save from our old data. At least we have the lighthouse still :) that model is easily one of the best anyone will see anywhere in TES: III.
