Though how did Border Watch gained so much territory in Elseweyr? I figured it only had land in Cyrodill.

I say that it is a "protectorate", and is considered a third state. Plus, I need space to put a name.

Cassamir is going to get his butt kicked when it comes down to it.

Indeed. In fact, I even have an idea for a new faction if someone wants to head it...

All daedra worshipers? Most of them don't get on. Also I still don't see how killing flavius will stop Talos's ascension?

I have no idea for a name though...

His name should be Chuck Norris. And the faction name the Uber divine group that will kick ass.

Though more seriously I guess the name should be the Divine fighters? (crap name..)

I dislike this purely because it interferes with the rest of the RP...

edit: Plus Cassamir would send in the Determined and cut them down to size and he pretty much threw all the divine worshippers out of his city...

Well, to say that says that Border Watch interferes because it endangers my territory.

And they'd be a low power force supported by an underground movement.

I'd assume that all the Divine worshippers would still be somewhere...

If they were willing to negotiate then maybe I'd be okay with the idea...

I'd list it as a potential faction if someone new wants to join.

Therein lies the difference between Borderwatch and whatever this group is called. Borderwatch have to be open to negotiation due to their weakness of their position and rebels are doing it because they've had their position forced upon them.

So the rebels would be open to negotiation... then I 100% support this idea...

Not what I was saying really. I was saying the rebels have been forced into being under Cassamir's rule, whereas Borderwatch have been left to choose. The rebels would be very uninclined to negotiate, such is the nature of rebellion.

So, what if Fadrill was sent to negotiate with the rebellion...?

Keep in mind this would be a faction for a new member if they wanted to have a preplanned faction.

He'd likely be captured or killed. Cassamir's rule won't have sat easily with many people in Bruma.

Call me stupid for using this as an example... but the closest thing I can compare this to is Nazi Germany, where non Nazi Party members weren't allowed work and other necessities, which it would be the same case under Cassamir's rule...
