I see why the Empire tolerates Boethia worshipers.
There are Meridia worshipping Paladins, and cults of Mephala and Azura are very common.
Now, Molag Bal and Mehrunes Dagon are rather universally disliked, and their worshippers are discriminated against by the populace at large, but not by law.
Well, first I need to kill Aventius and Julius's troops off...
Well, just so we can get the siege at Skingrad started as quick as possible I'm going to end Corvus's rest now. Also, considering that my army will soon have control over the surrounding are of Skingrad and have the city surrounded, you're going to have trouble.

Well what I mean is his moral alignment, he isn't evil, he is a slightly more evil Neutral, but I want to keep him in that more evil neutral rather than just Evil... make sense...?

Yeah I get that, fair enough.
Seeing as everyone was asking earlier, what do you lot think of Rislau?

he's a damn puppet!
Seriously, I think his character is interesting, though he seems to be a "typical" Nibenay Noble.. Atleast in Aventius's eyes. (Minus the whole religion thing..)
Except for the fact that they have no reason to rebel anymore... so see previous post.
Some people will always rebel. They might not like Cassamir, they might not want a Daedra worshiper leading them, they might not believe his attempt to placate them.
