Population estimate for Cyrodiil - around 17 million throughout?

This is based on a stolen estimate for Germany around the time of Thirty Years' War, and whimsy. Mostly whimsy. It may have been larger during the times of the Reman Empire, but the chaos of the Interregnum would have made a dent in it, what with a rising tide of blood! and all that. In the interests of not overcomplicating the estimation of very fictional armies in the fictional version of a still more fictional world, I'm going to say that the armies of Cyrodiil united would thus amount to something like 200000 - and ask how you people like these sorts of numbers before I go wading into the mess of distributing things across regions and ultimately - factions.

Lastly, if anyone who hasn't yet made their first post is still struggling with it, feel free to poke me for some manner of prompt from the Potentate to help you along. Athell, I don't know if you saw the one I scraqed together for you in the last thread?

Anyway I've taken quite a few liberties in describing the palace, and some even in describing Octavian and Leo, hope it's all okay, do let me know if it isn't.
