I fear something bad will happen to Flavius...
But what do you mean that this is like 300?

I dunno I've been waiting to use that really old joke since FOREVER ago, so I used it, then again it might be because I re-watched the film, who knows...
but something bad might happen to Flavius, don't worry I wont kill him.

If Aventius had the healer instead of Cassamir, he would of let him die because Flavius was the one the send in the Akaviri to threaten him..

Good, but Vex is going to contest it. She has a close relationship with the Fighters Guild, after all, which itself has close ties with the Akaviri. She's not going to do anything that will isolate herself from them, as the Fighters Guild makes up an important part of her forces.
