Just a fair warning, my next post may be split into two, just to keep things clear. I'm introducing the "Count" of Cheydinhal.

Is he your rival or is the count just been fending of the countless warlords in his region.

He's Vex's primary rival. He's in control of Cheydinhal, which Vex wants. He claims himself as a blood relative of the Count who ruled there during the empire, but his claim is "shaky" at best...
