Vex Bincal, House of Bincal, Elder Council Chambers; Engaging: all
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bincal didn't reply at once. Listening to the responses given by the King of Anvil and by the Arch-Count of the Knights Flagellant, a frown crept across Bincal's face. She in no way wanted to be portrayed as someone interested in keeping the status quo in check. Indeed, she had much to gain from a united empire. But not now, not in her current position as a warlord living on the fringes of Cyrodiil. She would have to obtain a position of power before that happened. There was no other way to ensure that all she worked for would be in vain. Otherwise she would, like the other minor warlords, be tossed to the dogs.

"I am not interested," Bincal began, "...in maintaining the current state of anarchy. I am for a united Cyrodiil. I am for a new Empire... But I am also for a just Empire. How is it just to rend us from our investments of blood and gold? No warlord will approve of that" She swept her gaze along the entire council. This was it. Vex Bincal took a deep breath: "But I propose a solution. If my right to the city of Cheydinhal is formerly recognized by this council, I can personally ensure that the rights and possessions of the various lords throughout will be protected under my law. Otherwise I cannot..."

But as Bincal was speaking, one of the other warlords rose to speak.

NPC: Andre Motierre, Count of Cheydinhal, Elder Council Chambers; Engaging Aventius Umbranox, all
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"C-Council, do not listen to this w-w-witch's lies! She means to sabotage this council to her own ends!"

The warlord now standing before them looked hardly eighteen years of age, perhaps seventeen. He had golden blond hair, clear blue eyes, pale skin, and soft facial features that identified him as a Breton. He was atired in a princely manner, and although he spoke with a stutter, he still sounded proudly like a prince. Beside him sat a grizzly man in similar regailia. Against the peach-fuzzed Count, he looked as though he was the hairiest man alive. You couldn't even see his eyes for his eyebrows.

"I am Andre M-M-M-M-Motierre, C-Count of Cheydinhal and M-M-Mmaster of Fort Farragut. This woman has schemed and plotted after my title ever sinnn--since she has come to p-p-power! I am the legitimate ruler of Ch-Cheydinhal! My uncle--" he continued, jesturing to the grizzled man on his right, "--can attest to that fact. My rights must be recognized in whatever agreement we co-co-come t-to-to" Andre Motierre then turned to Aventius Umbranox. "Umbranox, sss-sir, I be-believe in your vision for the future. I will support your en-en-endeavors against the Akavi-viri, and support your claim to Emperorship, so as long as my c-c-claim to Cheydinhal is recognized!"

Aventius Umbranox.

The Warlord did made another comeback but was not as harsh as the last time. Though if she truly did want a united empire unlike most of these warlords then she may gained a little of my respect. However just as she was done, another warlord, a man that stutters a lot, came and accused her of lying. After his claim that he has the previous count's blood in him, he came to me and swore alliegance to my gain. At this point, I am cautious because if I have a man that talks like he does on my side, my enemies might make fun of me, plus he may be lying about his claim. On the other hand, I do need to establish my own influence in the Valus Mountains region to help secure my allies border. Plus if he can hold Cheydinhall for a long time, then he may be atleast a potential leader, despite young age and stuttering.

"Lord Andre. Your uncle can attest to your claim? Then I kindly ask how can he? Due to my focus in securing my borders I haven't got the time to look at events on the other side of Cyrodiil."

Cassamir, Interaction: The Whole Crowd

"YOU PEOPLE TRY TO PLAY POLITICS NOW! SOMEONE JUST NEARLY DIED AND YOU'RE GONNA PLAY POLITICIAN, THERE IS NO WAY I WILL COMMIT GENOCIDE ON A SPECIES, THEY ARE INDIVIDUALS AS WELL!"
He regained his calm tone.
"Should we be hypocrites and slay an entire species for one group of individuals goal, they didn't want to recognize our claim as individual nations, so we would kill an entire species for these individuals, that is the definition of a hypocrite right there, and I will not partake in genocide. Even if I wanted to I don't have the troops. Oh, and 'King' Andre, when I can understand you I will recognize you!"

Vex Bincal, House of Bincal, Elder Council Chambers; Engaging: all
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vex Bincal watched as Andre Motierre withered before the imposing character of Umbranox. He turned to his Uncle, who seemingly remained in a stupor-like state.

"I can...I mean we can...Uncle, show them your papers..." Andre began, but he was suddenly interrupted by Cassamir, who seemed to be bursting out pent-up frustration.

"YOU PEOPLE TRY TO PLAY POLITICS NOW! SOMEONE JUST NEARLY DIED AND YOU'RE GONNA PLAY POLITICIAN, THERE IS NO WAY I WILL COMMIT GENOCIDE ON A SPECIES, THEY ARE INDIVIDUALS AS WELL!"

Almost universally, everyone quieted down. For a few moments, all that was heard was Cassamir's heavy breathing. When that finally quieted, he spoke again, this time more calmly.

Bincal, who apparently only heard the very last part of Cassamir's speech, rose to her feet, smiling, and slammed her hands on the table.

"I therefore request that the council immediately throw out this boy's false claims of legitimacy to Cheydinhal entirely, on the account of his age, his inexperience, and of the fact that he's a blithering idiot!" she cried, the shrillness of her voice echoing slightly around the chamber walls.

Cassamir

"This woman not only showed that she is a competent speaker, but that she is not afraid to voice her opinions, remaining Hand members throw this man out of here at once!"
'Obliged sire!'
The assassins tackled him and his uncle to the floor
"Off with the rabble..."
they then carried them outside and threw them on a cart
'back to your home "King"' he then spit on him and told the cart driver to take them to Cheydinhal
"Now that that man is settled with, perhaps we should ojurn the session, as I believe that we have our minds made up on most things, and our ideas are infections, they will spread like a virus and eventually consume who we are, so this session is over, but feel free to talk privately before we depart from this convention."
He then watched as the room became filled with life again.

Cassamir immediately sent his Boethiah's Hand guards upon Andre and his uncle, the later offering only limp resistance. Andre Motierre, on the other hand, kicked and screamed as the guards dragged him away. After they threw him into the cart, his hollering became remarkably lucid;

"She's a commoner! A dirty, filthy-I've got n-noble blood! Noble blood! Umbranox, help me, please! I supported you! That witch! Don't trust her! She k...She k...kkk...! SHE KILLED HER HUS-!"

And then the gates of Green Emperor's Way slammed shut, and now Andre's muffled, indistinguishable yells quietly trailed off as the cart returned them to Cheydinhal.

Vex Bincal smiled, turning to and approaching Cassamir just as he finished dismissing the assembled Council.

"Thank you for that," she said. "I will be moving on Cheydinhal as soon as I return. I would like to request military support."

Aventius Umbranox.

This session went by pretty quick. Before the uncle of Andre was able to speak to me, they were kicked out. Though I wasn't sure to ally with him I came to Cassamir and told him the wedding.

"Cassamir. That was a good speech you did. However to seal an alliance with the Colovian empire, I arranged a wedding betwee my brother and Lord Julius's princess. Because you are an ally of mine, I am inviting you, and your advisor to the wedding."

Cassamir began to hear voices in his head, there were few words distinguishable from each other
"Champion... help her...!"
Cassamir yelled in pain from the voices they were painful but they had a purpose.
He then fell to his knees in agony.

As Cassamir was falling to the groud, in pain obviously, I went to help him up.

"What in Oblivion happened to you?"

I told my few remaining body guards...

"Help me with this man."

"That will not be necessary, and please the term Oblivion was nearly literal here"
Lord Umbranox looked at me confused
"You wouldn't understand..."
"Anyways yes I will attend the wedding, but I need to speak with Vex privately here so if you'll excuse me..."
He turned and approached Vex

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To Bincal's surprise, Cassamir suddenly let out a cry of pain, falling to the floor. Very conscious of his Cassamir's guards, she jumped backwards, holding her hands up.

"I didn't do anything," she said to them as they stared at her menacingly.

Aventius Umbranox came quickly over, he and his guards helping Cassamir to his feet.

"That will not be necessary," said Cassamir "and please the term Oblivion was nearly literal here"

Bincal lowered her arms. It looked as though he was alright after all.

"Anyways yes I will attend the wedding, but I need to speak with Vex privately here so if you'll excuse me..."

Vex Bincal looked at Umbranox and nodded a conciliatory "Good day to you, King of Anvil."

She then turned and followed Cassamir.

"You have my word, King of Bruma."

Vex Bincal turned sharply on her heal, bringing her fingers to her mouth and whistling for her bodyguards, who came running. Bincal briefly turned back to Cassamir, holding out her hand (her actual hand this time!) to shake Cassamir's.

"We are not done discussing the matter though, I am afraid I don't have an army to send to you as I cannot afford it when me and my other allies are working to secure more land, however I do have a... private army, you have met my hand, well they can eradicate the leader right now." He saw the two he had sent to deal with the Uncle and 'King' you know where they are headed, kill them before they arrive in Cheydinhal.
"Yes my liege" They then sprinted towards the cart far in the distance barely in the middle of the route they would take to Cheydinhal and killed their target.
"Your problem should be dealt with Vex" he then shook her and the bodyguards hands. "Farewell M'lady, I hope to see you soon..."

"I'm afraid once Boethiah's Hand has a contract it must be completed, Boethiah is not a forgiving god..."
He heard a voice again in his head
"THIS IS AN EXCEPTION"
Yes Boethiah
"I believe this is an exception"
He signaled a hawk
"Stop, Boethiah is ordering this herself..."
he sent the hawk towards them, the assassins as they lined up their shots noticed the hawk and read it's message
-------------
'Assassins hold... we won't be killing him... yet.'

May I tell her...?
"Yes, she is worthy of my approval"
"Boethiah is telling me herself to call it off, perhaps she is interested in you...?"

Cassamir

Realizing that Vex was most likely in shock he left stating only "I will see you... later"

He then walked towards the chapel where Flavius was being healed taking in the sights as he reflected on past events

He tries to kill me then he is nearly killed, and I'm saving him... talk about irony...

He entered the chapel and approached the men who took him

"How's he holding up...?"

"He should be fine, luckily for us the priest is a pretty fine healer..."

"Thanks, you have my thanks priest" He threw a small pouch of gold towards the priest "Your services will not go unrewarded..."

He walked over to Flavius

"How are you doing...?"

Hallucinations are a rare event, they could be important or pointless, but no matter
Cassamir in a curious tone
"No no, tell me what are these hallucinations...?"
Cassamir noticed Flavius exhale with pain

Aventius Umbranox.

Since the meeting is pretty much over I decided there's nothing worth my time here anymore. I personally believe that Anvil has positive gain from this meeting since I have now two allies. Though I may have caused some sort of tension with that Cheydinhall warlord. As I went to my carraige I noticed the bodies were gone. Someone Probably took them back.

"Allright. Let's head back before someone takes my throne." I said jokingly. When I crossed the bridge leading out of the island, I noticed there is a camp there. They must be mercenaries. They could be useful to the upcoming invasion of The West Weild. I left the carraige and ask someone in the camp.

"Where is your leader? I may find you people useful."

Rohrwald Roamers camp, outside Waye.

Ashcliffe had returned to the campfire once Falco had left for the Inn. He chuckled along with his fellow soldiers as they told old tales of women and war "A dangerous combination" he had thought. He caught the eye of a well-dressed man heading their way, he had left the comforts of his carraige to talk to them so clearly he had business here.

The Imperial requested to see their leader, Ashcliffe offered a sigh. "That'd be Captain Pohlmann, He's headed to the Inn" Ashcliffe proceeded to point out Waye's Inn. "He'll likely be in there 'til dark. You'd be best heading back up their in your carriage, friend." The Breton then returned to his brothers in arms, many of which watched the new Imperial with interest.
