I'm not trying to get under the moderators nose, I know it was closed but they didn't give me a chance to explain what I actually meant, I did mention that I wasn't sure if the question was clear ( clearly it wasn't ) so allow me to simplify the question for those who did not understand what
I meant.

There's 9 provinces in Tamriel and my question was what will happen when all provinces have been used in the series ? Will they repeat a province? Can they expand tamriel as it could be 1000 years in the future by then?
And how would that work out? Anyone thought of this?

It is possible, and many here hope that if Bethesda makes enough games to set in each province, then that would move to the continent of Akavir, the "Dragon Land" east of Tamriel. Also, this should probably be in The Elder Scrolls Series Discussion.
