I've bought Oblivion for my PS3. I'm wondering if there are any cheats.
It's painful to have to loot one or two bandits and then go sell stuff without my Spirited Encumbrance mod in.

Also where to likely get a ring of feather or strength? Not doing main quest so sigil stones will not be available.
