BLES-01674, dutch account, playstation slim system software: 4.41, CECH-2504A game patch 1.03.

i have a problem. i purchased and tried to download the knife of dunwall dlc from the new PSN store but it has frozen and corrupted 3 times in a row now. twice it has frozen between 44%-55% during download and a 3th time well past 80% while the ps3 was running no games or applications. when it freezes all the buttons on both ps3 and the controller become completely unresponsive and as much as i hate it the problem can only be "treated" by removing the power cable since waiting for 10 minutes didn't work.

after i switch the ps3 back on it asks me not to switch it off like that and then download continues again and finishes just like any other download without showing a broken application sign. when installing it stops at 14% every time and gives me the error code: 80029564 tells me it may be corrupted and suggests me to download the expansion from the psn store again.

so yeah it did that 3 times in a row. here's another annoying problem to add to the fancy basket of problems to fix.

i've already checked google and there's no known fix for it right now and not many people on the ps3 have it either i think.

the overall sceptical and pessimistic mood of other users with problems on the help forums here has left me with little desire to receive technical help with the problem i have. but since this is a new expansion i thought i'd register and share the problem i have with the things i know and saw anyway. the technical support is unresponsive so it leaves me with little choice.
