Fallout New Vegas: Ultimate Edition....I bought it 3 days ago for PS3 it was glitch city the one for pc was kinda okay but this is soooo ridiculous and absolutely unforgivable and to even be called a game...It should be called Fallout New Vegas:Glitch of the year edition...

Don't you mean Fallout New Vegas: Ultimate Glitch?
Caaaaause it didn't get the game of the year, so 'glitch of the year edition' doesn't really fit.

Unfortunately the engine Bethesda uses for its open world games does not play nice with ps3. The problem is they have been designing the game to fit and work on a 360 first, PC is ok since 360 pretty much uses almost same formula its just we need mods to,make the game up to par with our vision, ps3 on the other hand uses things differently like ram and such. Basically the core game has to be remade to work on a ps3 instead of throwing on bandaids.

I have heard of multiple people having fun with the ps3 version, u just need to remember one thing and one thing in pocession. When the game starts lagging and freezing up on ya constantly, you, need a flashdrive. Insert flashdrive into and save only ur main saves, not autosaves which should be turned off. Once main saves have been saved on flashdrive, wipe ur system clean of all traces of the game. Then reinstall ur saves and put game back in and let it update. Ive heard its recommended to such every 40 hours of game play.

Im on PC and im pissed and disappointed about the affair. Guess it has to with growing up with PC Ports to consoles. Used to have a console and used to love the games that came out on PC first and they looked so awesome and then had to wait awhile for them to port games over to console later. Got tired lf the waiting and bought a PC. Was so amazed at the games because they were how the games were supposed to be made and saw all the content that was cut to make it play nice for consoles.
No longer that way anymore, now they cut and trim and hack a game to death first to play on consoles and PC users gets the same product most time later. We rely on intelligent and excellent modders to read the codes and reinstate things that were taken out that shoulda never been taken out on PC versions to play nice on a 6 yr outdated system called the 360.

Its like an author taking out alot of content outta a book and changing so many things because a certain part of the audience cant handle such things.
