Ps3 Pre-order pack : Othor Games

Does anyone know anything about the pre order packs that were released for ps3 but we never got it? I heard for gamestop you just need to go in and pick it up, but i preordered it from amazon, they SAID they would send us the code when psn came online, but i got no code. Did anyone?

I talked to a buddy of mine who runs the local Gamestop and he told me nobody has been in contact with him to let him know what to do or how to get people their codes

i got my preorder at gamestop and i asked for a code and they said they couldnt give me one

if you need to get the code from amazon go to the contact us option then choose chat and tell them the situation and ask for the code they should give one to you. It's how i got mine

I got mine from Best Buy and it came in the game soooo... I can't help ya there dude, I wish I could.

PSN was a little fussy about accepting it though - Store's not quite running at 100% yet, I don't think...

This is something people, who feel their pre-order is important, should be aware of. It looks like the store messed up my download and left me with an invalidated code.

I don't really mind, but for others it could be a real bummer.

I'm not sure if www.brinkthegame.com/redeem/ applies to us and the codes on our cards... :shrug:

Check your downloads screen - I found mine there after it failed to download the first couple of times.

I tried it yesterday, but kept getting an error. Today it worked first time trying.

I got my code in an SMS then I redeemed it at the brinkthegame.com/redeem/ and when PSN store was back up I typed in the code I got in the SMS and it worked I got my pshyco pack
P.S. I'm South African so if I got it then you european folk definetly have to have it

Got no probs, Amazon.de send me my key as the shipped my Brink, now that the store is online i just had tu use the code and everything was fine.

Can it be re-downloaded later, like most PSN downloads? I'm probably going to wind up taking my console to be replaced next week for freezing, don't want to lose my precious Spec-Ops if it's a one-off download. :sadvaultboy:

I went in today and the lady had no idea what I was even talking about.. she had nothing to give me.. unfortunatley i had deleted the voicemail so i couldnt let her listen to it.. but either way she had no clue.. and i still dont have my pre order content

If you take in your receipt to prove you pre-ordered it, and get whoever is there maybe to search "Brink pre-order Gamestop" (or print a page or picture that shows it), that should be enough convincing if they don't believe you. Talk to a manager if they just wind up standing there blankly with drool dripping from the side of their mouth.
