ps3 still no online play? : Othor Games

So i have made about 20 games, public match, of all varieties of modes, and still have yet to see another human. what is going on?

Are you making sure that Visibility is set to Everyone?

When you go select a campaign mission you should have Start Mission selected. Move the anolog stick or D-pad up or down till you have Visibility selected, press X, again move the anolog stick or D-pad until you have Everyone selected. You can even change Play Mode to Co-Op or Versus, Difficulty to Easy, Normal, or Hard, and Rank Availability to My Rank, or My Rank or Higher.

I noticed this after experimenting for awhile, lol.
