PC, I am more comfortable with K/M set up, and I spent quite a bit on making sure it could run Crysis and Crysis warhead, at best settings, to take full advantage of the games graphics, My Son with his Eggbox, was quite jelouse, both that he couldnt play the games on his console, and of the Graphics, but simply took over ther PC when ever he wanted to throw a few Koreans around, I am so glad he can now get the new Crysis 2 for his console, lmao. (xcuse the Eggbox punn please)

PC because of dedicated servers, mod support, open console, multitasking, better graphics, smoother gameplay with a keyboard and mouse, and last but not least, a mature community.

yeah, i didn't think there was such a thing as an immature pc gamer. so naive... playing mw2 throws a lot of stuff out of perspective.

Xbox 360 because of ease of access. It is much quicker to start the xbox up than to start the PC up. Plus it has an easier communication system. The only downside is the lack of support and quick fixes.

Playing on my console is a nightmare. I have to spam the mute button over everyones name on consoles because they are so annoying. On PC, i don't have to do this nearly as much. That is what brings me to my conclusion that PC is more mature. The price, and having to build a gaming computer (or you can pay $3000 for alienware), tends to weed out the younger audience in many cases. Consoles have much more ease of use, which tends to attract the younger crowd.

To be fair, you can just easily turn the voice volume down on the xbox dashboard settings, a 5 second fix to eliminate needing to mute people without needing to toggle names or keep mic plugged in with volume down.

That said, I use PC and Xbox, I prefer PC for some things and xbox for others because so many of my friends do not have high end pcs that I have to pick and choose which games to buy for each platform.

Crysis 2 i'm up in the air about, I really want it on PC but everyone I know is going to get it on xbox so it's a choice between better graphics but playing by myself/only with random onliners or xbox with all my friends.

I'm going to chose either Xbox or PC because I have always loved console gaming since my Nintendo 64 and I do freaking own at consoles, but I got a new PC right now which can support Crysis at high :) But I still don't really know what to pick, but I can agree that PC players are some more mature in their language compared to the console players.

Depends on what I'm playing. RTS and MMO's are easier on PC. everything else seems easier on 360. I don't know how the social gaming works on PC but i love xbox live because i can talk to anyone at anytime if they are playing a different game or not. also the party system is really great for cutting out the "annoying" gamers as you guys put it. i just wish you can have more than 8 players in the party. i don't know how i feel about mods usually, i never used a game genie, cheat codes or strategy guides because i wanted to play the game it was originally intended, but i can imagine it would fun to create mods. i have played a few "modded" games on halo and COD and they are fun for like 2 minutes but i don't feel like i am getting better at the game when it is not in its original specs. maybe you guys mean mods like extra content made by players that might look like DLC with new missions and quest which i wouldn't mind.

There are mods for Crysis that is an entirely new game. With the editor that comes with Crysis, you can develop whatever you want - RTS, RPG, MMO, or whatever. You can develop all of this, and it is all FREE DLC that you can play just from having Crysis. You have full out games within a game!

i am going to get it for PS3 because i love the PS3 but if i had the option i would get it for PC because Crysis 1 was on PC so they know what they are doing. But i still have hope that they will make them all equal and all great. (unlike what VALVe did with portal)

It's not faster to start, everything depends on the PC hardware. My PC starts and loads windows in a few secs, so i wouldn't really say consoles are faster.
