PS4 Fallout 4 Preloading Now Available.

Post » Wed Dec 02, 2015 9:10 pm

Yep, this is a rather lousy way to treat what sounds like several regions. I guess Sony is to blame here, but I'm certainly hoping that someone is giving them a kick in the ...

Assuming the pre-load becomes available at some point during today (Monday) I should be able to play at midnight - not that the PSN download servers aren't known to fluctuate significantly in speed - but it's looking like many other people may not be so lucky.

They promised it several times we could at 9 0:00. Sony had it in Psn 11/9/15 since like a month ago. My main gripe is nobody on Bethesda explains anything anymore. They just don't care because we aren't Americans.

Remember guys. It only a matter of hours. You WILL play the game. Starting to blame things and companys leads to the dark side and such.

It's false advertisemant I paid the equivalent of ten dollars more than what could cost me a physical copy because They promised Pre download. It's a contract and they broke them. Worse they don't care and even don't explain the problem. For you maybe that is not a big deal but it's for me. I don't have so much money to waste it an ended playing later if I end playing it. This felt like a scam.

This is because we aren't Americans. So they don't care about us knowing we don't cause any problems. Meanwhile Americans could download it faster because if only one American have a slight problem they will obliterated them on internet. This was not a technical problem at all, that was made on purpose.

Well you can at least rest assured they know about the issues and I can only imagine everyone in their region is buzzing their phones nonstop about what they are doing with the bloody preload.

This was the second to last tweet Pete Hines posted some 7 hours ago before going offline: https://twitter.com/DCDeacon/status/663504509746982913

I think it's safe to say that whatever the issue, Bethesda is likely on the case.

It's a disgrace, no word here or on the ps4 forum from anyone about what's going on. They took my money, gave me no receipt of purchase, block my pre download and don't answer my questions on social media. I've emailed PlayStation asking for an update but who knows when they'll get back to me, their offices don't open till 10, joke. I'm also going to ring them and I'll update you guys with any info I get.

I may still be able to make midnight but it will be very close. I'm surprised there isno more of an outcry

Edit: can confirm I've had the money charged to my card on the 8th November

Friend just text me and said he heard mutters that pre download will be 10am UK time, seen someone post something similar over on the ps4 forums.

I don't hold out much hope of making release day :(

The response about 3/4 of the way down looks promising from online support stating that the preload normally starts at midday before release...

*Edit* this is confirmed...
