Just wanted to say that the patch has worked wonders for me on PS4 - I was having no minor issues but had some massive game breakers.

I had the game breaking crash around Mosingnor Plaza so had avoided the area but I couldn't track the courser it would crash to desktop anytime I got anywhere near the place so couldn't progress main story or get any Institute quests, I had the vertibird crashing on flight to Prydwen so couldn't progress BOS, I was crashing whilst following the Railroad guy as he wanted to cross the bridge in plaza so couldn't progress Railroad and I was also lucky enough to have the game crashing whilst trying to rescue Emogene so all in all I had the main story, 3 factions and a side quest all completely bugged out but after downloading the patch last night I was able to access the broken areas and complete all the quests.
