The game world has a strange red tint that appeared when I was just out in the wasteland. My screen flashed a dull red then a minute or two later the whole game world was tinted red. The game menus, pip boy menus, and Ps4 menus are unaffected. Please help I don't want to lose game time by reverting a save.

Try saving your game and restarting the ps4 then loading the save. If that doesn't work see if other save files are affected. If their not then it looks like you can't recover your latest game. Always save every few minutes. It's the only safe way to play this game right now.
