It's the not knowing if 1.3 will break my current game, or if it's best to start new that's maddening. I love FO4 and Bethesda, but it'd be nice if they could say "better to start a new game with the patch". Also, does anyone know if 1.3 quietly addressed the respawning ghoul corpse issue at Sunshine Tidings? Great location, but damn.

That is pretty accurate besides being an anime and not Fallout just the beam of light creaps me out as much it did Cell. No joke everytime I see these things I think of Super Vegeta's Final Flash from DBZ. Its very scary and cool.

As for the patch its been delayed who knows the reason everything in the office mostly stays in the office.

"No" to the Ghoul question. I run PC version and all the corpses all around do not go away. Don't know about starting the game with the new patch. I did not, not needed in mine case. Some quests did repeat once again, dunno why, but I already did them before. Btw, some radiant/misc quests have been changed, bad news for me and some good news as well.
