I am looking to start fresh!!!
I am either going to buy a XBOX 1 (Have a 360 and gamed on it with Fallout 3 and New Vegas)
Or buy a brand new PC, either a Desktop or Laptop.
Any thoughts??

PC for the win! I like the 'Personal' in PC... gives one more control... that beautiful word in the english language... control!

Buy a new PC if you have the cash. Also it's cheaper to buy the components and put it together yourself if you've got the time and will to do so. Otherwise get it for XBox1. Bethesda works pretty closely with Microsoft so it will probably perform better in Xb1

I pre-ordered the pip boy edition for PS4 since the mod kit isn't being released until 2016 anyway. I'll probably pick it up on PC in the future once some decent mods have been established.
