Phew, I thought it was just me. Glad I'm not alone

I was pretty pissed when I tried to play Motorstorm: Apocalypse online and was greeted with an error

How long has it been down for now?

I first noticed it on Thursday while it was working fine on Wednesday, so I think we're going on four days, now.

Wow, wonder when this is going to be rectified and what Sony's official response will be?

Something really fishy is going on. Even if someone did hack into the system, Sony would never EVER admit to it. Same as microsoft, they would never admit someone was able to hack into there system. So for Sony to say it was "outside intrusion" does not make any sense.

why not

The hackers who did this are a bunch of utter morons. I hope they all suffer extreme incontinence, followed by rectal prolapse and untreatable forms of halitosis and body odour.

Anonymous said they didn't do it and even Sony admitted they weren't hacked.

I imagine Bill Gates in a black ninja suit breaking into PS3 headquarters, and inserting his mega virus into PSN.

I didn't mention Anonymous in my post. And if "an external intrusion" doesn't mean "hacked" then I'm Mahatma Gandhi.

This downtime is looking pretty bad for Sony. I really wish they'd sort themselves out already, so I can actually play some Mortal Kombat online.

This is on the brink to ridiculous, it's been down for.. 4 days? Thursday, Friday, saturday, sunday, soon monday. These days I have realized a few things though, such as FoNV s extremely repetitive and I'm really waiting for Skyrim.

A friend of mine got me a $50 PSN card as an "Easter" gift. I thought it was some kind of sick joke. Turns out he didn't even know the network was down.
