i don't want Psychic NPC's in the game for certain reason's

-Killing an NPC middle of nowhere and a Guard Teleports to you

-Merchants know what is stolen good and what is not stolen(they must only know if it is a stolen good when you were stealing an item from the shop)

-When doing a Crime in a city Guards from other city knows you did crime (only the Guards from that city must know you did a crime)

- Your Reason Here

Psychic Npc needs to be Fixed in Skyrim maybe some Mages can be Psychics but other Npc's no

I especially hate when you kill a guard from far off with a arrow in the middle of nowhere in some forest and they die with one hit, and somehow everyone knows you killed him.

I think it is safe to assume that Bethesda noticed the hate that surrounded this issue from Oblivion, and did something about it in Skyrim

I suppose I'm fine with no "psychic" people or whatever, but it has to be balanced by some consequences. To use Oblivion as an example, since I think almost all of us are familiar, if I kill someone in Chorrol, then it isn't really fair if I go to Cheydinhal and no one remembers. There has to be consequences. Maybe in 24-in-game hours people find out or, I don't know, whatever, but I shouldn't be able to get away with it if someone caught me.

Yep, in Morrowind if you killed someone who was alone in their house. No bounty. I don't know what happened with Oblivion...

Is that even possible? At level 30-whatever with the best bow, enchanted arrow, and poison I could get, a sneak arrow still only takes down half of their health. Maybe I just svck. :(

Undetected crimes should never be reported, detected crimes should spread across Skyrim over time. For example, I break a law in town A. I escape, head to town B. After 24 hours, word spreads and I am now wanted everywhere in the world.

Depends on difficulty slider. But even then. If you were in the middle of a damn forest and you attack a guard, how did EVERYONE know? I had made a little mod just to test this back when I first got it for PC. It consisted of a Spell that told me who all was detecting me, and a quest script that would give me a message in the corner when someone new detected me. I found an Imperial Guard on a road and after making sure nothing was detecting me I fought and killed him, giving me the 1040 bounty (40 Assault Charge, 1000 Murder Charge) Not once was I detected by anyone besides him. F-ing [censored]. I am sure that they fixed it though.

I dont think guards teleported to where you were. The ones nearby simply went running after you.

The perfect crime...

I also think that people should be alerted over time in distant towns and perhaps have it be only rumors of people saying things about a master assassin...and then have a full fledged badass Skyrim detective after you using magic to track your movements.

Yeah, and you could kill an NPC without getting a bounty if there were no guards nearby. But if you killed a guard in the middle of nowhere, you got a bounty, unless it was stealth onehit kill.

For stealing a fork :P

STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM!

Personally I hope they will tone things done a bit with guards not being equipped with 'Scum Sense - range: 20km', leaving their posts and coming up in arms because some whining shopkeeper saw you nudging a worthless clay cup. ;)

Gah. I hated that. You could be in someones dank basemant in the pitch black darkness at 3 AM and you steal some moldy cheese off a table for a snack and then the guards could warp in like star trek, like they were tailing me the whole time in 100% chameleon armor.

Totally ridiculous.
