Psycho Alley Terrorist

Post » Sun Oct 17, 2010 2:26 pm

Hello. There is this weirdo who has been taunting me for over an hour now over what seems to be a public announcement system.

Spoiler
He says that the sun is in a jar, the worm is watching, and only he knows. Somewhere near the alley he has imposed his personal jurisdiction in the form of heavy explosions that will blow the place to smithereens(sp) if someone tries to get in the alley. But he is also a ninja because I can't find him. I've been in all the buildings around that alley. I even ran through the mines to get to the door in the middle of the alley. Doing this ensures that I can't exit the building and escape the explosion. Of course I didn't save while in that shop, and he wasn't there as well.

Where is this lunatic?! I just want him to shut up and it's getting dark.

Edit:
Added spoiler tag.

Kinda spoilerific.... Try approaching from a different direction.... He is just barely visible. I use a missile launcher and "splash" the shot off a wall. Usually though, I leave him alone. His ravings add to the feeling whenever I'm in that neighborhood... especially at night.

He use to stay on the first floor midway down the alley. You can snipe him if you want to, or just leave him be. Or listen closely to his preachings. It can be... hmm... illuminating...

I have the same problem. I can't seem to find a good vantage point to put one in his messed-up head.

He is in an alley near the Reilly's Ranges compound. He is called the "Preacher" and he has a "friend" at one end of the alley way.

I highly recommend saving before approaching the alley.

At the entrance to the alley nearest the Anacostia Metro, you can see his friend. Then if your careful you can sneak a little ways in, see the Preacher and silence him.

Again I recommend at least one save first.

I also leave him alone. He adds nicely to the scenery, in my opinion.
