We already have a poll covering half your questions in the stickies.
There's another revolver and another silencer, but the pre-order ones will have unique stats, so they're worth it if you like revolvers or silencers.
Sniping hasn't been removed, and I'm going to be a sniper.
I personally prefer Spec Ops, but if you like the look of the Caesar, I'd say go for YOUR preference, not mine.

Poll is biased, their is another revolver and silencer, but what it gives is the soda can silencer skin. I find it funny you also didn't talk about the psycho clothing, the tattoos and the options are slightly unbalanced.

IMHO the security doesn't fight for the founders dream, they fight to keep the ark safe, fighting insurgents who are rising up due to perceived oppression.
