ok i have VIOP on but it still cant hear people is there a way to play a match with out this off or with out joining a fire team or is it just those 3 games that have it .

There are modes with the "public voip" option set to on, but by default, it's only your fireteam.

it's worth inviting every player on the same side as you into your fireteam as soon as you join a game.
