I know i know hes 200 plus years old but maybe he wen't into cryostatis or something or his descendent will show up in a future game.
I think if they added him in a side quest or DlC, it would make a awesome horror story you would hear chase him in an abandont vault or something and you would hear him talking like you can hear cicero in skyrim talking to you when you chase him into the dawnstar sanctuary.Anyway bethesda has made a really cool character they should really expand opon.

There was a reference to that in FO3, so it could be possible. Would be pretty interesting to see some more fallout comics though.

There was already a refrence in Fallout 3. There will be more DLC for Fallout New Vegas.

You are right. In Paradise Falls you find a Vault 77 jumpsuit as well as a holotape.
