Every time i reinstall Oblivion because of a bug i normaly patch it up then i end up with purple grass.. I've googled the problem and i've found a solution - it was a bunch of .dlls to go into my shader folder in my Data folder

I'm just wondering why would Oblivion do this? I own Oblivion GOTY.
