Those are missing textures - if it's a hair model or an NPC from mods, check to make sure they're installed correctly.

so just re install my mods then?

Check the mods that add those items/NPCs to the game and make sure the textures installed to the proper folders, anyway. If they're in the wrong location, then you will need to reinstall them. How did you install them, with NMM?

Something else to consider is that the textures are properly installed, but aren't loading properly in the game. This can happen if you run out of VRAM, and is usually accompanied by a lot of stuttering and texture popping.
