If I put no points into Magicka but focus on Conjuration Per

Just wondering before investing some points into it is it possible?

You wouldn't even have enough Magicka to cast some of the higher ranked spells.

The only way you could do it is to use enchantments to lower magicka costs to near zero.

if you cast the strongest lvl one one you will have 3 left. so no.
