Hi :3

So basically, I've been playing Skyrim since it came out. I've logged countless hours into both the 360 and PC versions of the game, tested all sorts of mods, tried all sorts of builds, and now I'm just running out of steam...

It's not that I don't enjoy the game anymore, I really do! But I have what I believe is referred to as restartitis. I just can't find a build or a character that I'm interested in enough to play past level 20, by the time I get there I've already made a new character. My most recent build I tried was a restoration/alchemy centred build, before that I played a ranger and before that I played an evil vampire mage. I had fun with them all, but it fizzled out very quickly.

I know there's a lot of threads and websites with information on builds and such (believe me, I've read them), but does anyone have their own personal suggestions?

Also, if anyone has any mods they'd suggest trying, let me know. I may have already used them, but it's nice to see what others think added to their game experience.

Oh and I've tried a few 'challenges' people have put up and have enjoyed them, so if you know where to find more like that, let me know :3

TL;DR: how to breathe new life into this game with new builds/playstyles/mods?

A new game would help.

I have a few personal reasons why at the moment I can't actually bring myself to start new games, I still play games that I've played before but yeah. Either way, I get a lot of fun out of playing Skyrim and wouldn't like to stop playing, I was just hoping people had some suggestions about other ways I could play

You ran into the same situation as me. What I do when that happens to me is that I take a break and play another game. I'll come back a couple of weeks later and it's like playing for the first time again.

Well, there are so many mods out there...sure you haven't tried all out. !!!
