Puzzle Ideas?

So! Just wondering if anyone had some brilliant ideas for puzzles in Skyrim that requires a little more brain than looking at an obvious key you're picking up (hehe, reference to dragonclaws)?
I am working on a quest mod, you see. For my particular needs I can tell that my dungeon is a totally overgrown-with-moss-and-[censored] shrine for my homemade nature-loving cult.
But any ideas not fitting with such a dungeon is of course more than welcome too.

1,000 keys and only 1 opens the door. the keys could have weight so people dont pick all of them up.

There is a reason for the simplistic puzzles in Skyrim. However, more complicated ones could be fun.

Text based riddles could be easy to implement. Set it up so wrong choices trigger a trap. Perhaps a certain type of spell or potion effect is needed, and which one has to be determined from a riddle or a story.

Dynamic or Kinetic based puzzles would be much harder to implement, as you can imagine.
