It's basically a modder's resource that adds various type of pyrotechnics into the game.

Tried some objects through the console and hell yeah, it's awesome.

I've been out of gaming for several years, and wonder if someone tried to finish this stuff. I tried searching around and found no trace of any newer version(s).

I have vague memories of the WIPz thread for this, it was a great shame that it was never completed into a fully fledged mod. But we should be grateful that what was completed was released as a modder's resource. I remember some of (most of...) the things shown were quite stunning.

I'm not aware of anyone using the resources in this mod, which is a great shame.

I am for the Artificer's Hand - if I ever get around to it again. I asked the creator aaaaages ago for permission and he ( I think ) had some good suggestions.

The fireworks are pretty nice.
