Can i install QTP3 with wyre bash? I am currently downloading the none OMOD version from planet elder scrolls.

Yes you can - but I strongly recommend that you craft your own complex BAIN package.

Based on the fantastic guidance given from Psymon (see http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1084204-bain-mod-installation-projects), here is how I have structured mine...

Ok i will have a look.

Hmm sounds complex. When it says repackage does that mean i need to winrar or 7zip the file?

Once you understand how BAIN structures, you will find it very easy and very useful.

It means you have to extract the package to a temporary directory, re-structure by defining new folders and contents and then create a BAIN ready archive - 7-Zip recommended.

You may find my BAIN Tools of some help (See sig - BAT).

Ok i pretty much understand it all. So the main thing is to number each section yourself as you have above?

Mostly - remember that the BAIN format then gives you the option of selecting the elemenst you actually want to install.
