I have two questions about Quarl texture pack 3 redemized:

1- Can somebody give me a link that explains in details how to make an omod out of texture pack (qtp3, ampolx).

2- Is there a patch I need to install to make qtp3 fit with the most recent uop?

1. Place all of the QTP3R files into a folder, open OBMM, click create, select Add Folder, navigate to the folder you made, add a name and author where prompted, click create omod, and go grab a sandwich while OBMM works (really, QTP3R takes a LOOOOOOOOOONG time).

Just to be clear. If I install the most recent uop before qtp3, I don't need the patch. Right?

Wrong. The QTP3+UOP patch is for UOP 3.2.0. Install QTP3 > QTP3R > UOP > QTP3+UOP patch > UOP Supplemental

Well... close, but it's actually (following the same general pattern) QTP3R -> QTP3R patch -> UOP -> QTP3+UOP patch -> UOP supplemental. QTP3R does not require QTP3.

Really? I thought QTP3 Redimised reworked every single mesh and texture so there was no need to install and overwrite the original mod.

I've been using it for a couple of years without doing an initial install of QTP3 and haven't noticed any vanilla stuff left showing (apart from the Oblivion realm anyway).

Although I do seem to remember reading somewhere that QTP3 Reduced needs a base install of the original QTP3 or QTP3 Redimised to work properly.

I mistyped. By "QTP3", I meant QTP3 Redimized. I used that term for the general explanation of the order of how these mods should be installed. Whether or not the version is full, redimized or reduced is irrelevant here, but I'll state the install order more explicitly:

QTP3 Redimized (or not Redimized)
QTP3R Patch
UOP 3.2.0
QTP3+UOP patch
UOP Supplemental


Edit: I am not sure whether or not I EVER downloaded QTP3 full.

One last question. If I want to use de reduced version I need the original qtp3 right? It wont work with the redemized version?
