Hey all, I've been stock piling Nuka Cola in anticipation of taking the Quantum Chemist perk, but I just realise the perk hasn't become available to be selected! I think it has a level 22 requirement (that I can see) and I'm now level 27 and I didn't have the option to take that perk when I last levelled up. Does anyone know if the quantum chemist perk has a hidden requirement other than needing to be a certain level?

Yeah, you need science 70.

Ahhhhhhh thanks x4lien, I'm playing a socially 'challenged' goodie two-shoes character that has inteligence and charisma of 1 so science is pretty low (way under 50 at the moment - only 3 more level ups left probs not gona make it to 70 I'll give up on that perk then

you didnt turn your nukas ice cold did you? they wont work if you do. i had like 400 ice cold nukas... that svcked

(i store mine in the Nuka cola machine, but i do not make them ice cold, saves on room in the fridge.)
